Thank you for considering our bright & beach-y condo at Surfside I - this is a great 3rd floor unit #304 with views of courtyard and hot tub area.

This property has a nice pool, with a hot tub heated year round. Message for me for details on them and hours.

Surfside is a half a block to the public beach access. While there are stairs (no elevator) this affords a great view of courtyard and no noise above you. This condo has a large patio with chairs to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon margarita.

When you walk in, you will notice the open concept kitchen that opens to the living room with many updates.

If you looking for an affordable yet vibrant beach getaway? Gather around the sparkling pool, lounge in the hot tub and stroll the lovely grounds while you vacation at Surfside I.

The condo is ideally located less than a half block to the beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, nightlife and Island attractions. Surfside I #304 is just the right combination of a comfortable and stylish beach retreat! PLUS it's PET FRIENDLY (up to 2 dogs up to 25 lbs)

The condo is a colorful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo that can accommodate 4 guests (max 7). A newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a stand-in shower and a relaxing rainwater shower head. The TV in the living room is a 4K, 50-inch flat-screen cable TV that features a Dolby sound bar and a BlueRay/DVD player.

The condo has free high-speed WiFi, a desk with an external flat screen monitor, an ergonomic chair, keyboard and mouse as well as a 4K webcam for teleconferencing or remote learning. If you have to work remotely, consider saving your vacation days and bring your laptop to work from the beach!

While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that

If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.

Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/etc

The living room features a spacious sectional sofa that will provide you and your group with ample seating around the TV. Just off the living room, you have a private balcony where you can enjoy the sea breeze and tropical surroundings of South Padre Island!

King in master - 2nd bedroom is queen + twin - couch (does not pull out) + airbed and has a TV and a DVD player.. Airbnb considers the couch and the airbed we provide as additional bedding. (please bring bedding if you plan on using).

1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1 time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure against damages

You may choose to do a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. You must do one or the other to book this property and stay here
We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans.

Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.

2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address.
