A very cute little cottage that was perfect for the 2 of us. We had everything needed, the house was clean and everything was in great condition.There was a secure yard for our large-ish dogs and they loved being in a house where always near us.

This was the perfect solo “mumcation” and exactly what I needed. The cottage is cosy, full of charm, and feels like stepping into a storybook. The wood fireplace made it especially warm and inviting, while the split system meant it would be comfortable in any weather.Everything was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully prepared, and the kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet at night, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. The owner was also lovely, checking in with a message to make sure everything was going well, which was a thoughtful touch.I would highly recommend this beautiful little cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, whether you’re travelling solo or as a couple. I would happily stay here again.

We were travelling with our little old dog and the property was great for him (as well as us): a safely enclosed back garden for him to poke around in and only one step in the house. We visited in winter and enjoyed the wood burning stove fire and the spa bath, and the cottage had a great deal of charm and comfort. The Eden Vally Hotel literally just a short walk up the road is great for lunch or dinner.
