Updated Victorian cottage centrally located, near beaches, village and playground

Take a trip back in time with this quaint two story Victorian cottage. This home has been fully updated with modern conveniences and comforts, while retaining the details and charm of an old Cape Cod home. Walk the large yard from the traditional front porch to a spacious, recently built gazebo that is fully screened for outdoor living. You can enjoy the best of both worlds -you will be about a mile from popular Mayflower Beach and a short walk to historic Dennis Village center and a neighborhood playground. The iconic Cape Playhouse, the Cape Cinema, Cape Cod Museum of Art and wonderful restaurants are nearby. Pets allowed. There is a crib for your little one. It is recommended that you consider obtaining a beach parking pass in advance of your stay. Small dogs are welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Your reservation is on HOLD and not bookable by another party for the 48 hours from the time of the initial booking. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Family friendly location and home

We stayed with our 3 year old, and almost 2 year old boys. We also had our nanny with us. Couldn’t had asked for a better accommodation: the crib was perfect for our baby, and in a separate small room/office with a door, and attached to master bedroom - made it a very good arrangement for his naps. Our toddler had his own room, with plenty of toys and books to make it feel homey to him. He did not mind sleeping in that room-something I had feared given that we don’t travel often and this was a completely new environment for him. Our nanny had a separate bedroom and bathroom downstairs. All family were upstairs where the family shared our own bathroom. Very convenient and comfortable for our family and the nanny. Location wise everything was close by: a park with swings and slides right across from the house, local market for groceries as well as a coffee shop also across the street and completely walkable. Few very nice restaurants down the street, literally within 2 miles. A wonderful ice cream shop right down the street. The beach was a couple of blocks away and a 5 minute drive. Kitchen was fully stocked with modern kitchenware. We brought our own towels and linen. Next time I may use a local linens service. Washer and dryer were another super convenient feature. BTW, we also utilized the backyard fire pit and the grille to cook and appreciated the covered patio to enjoy. In summary, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay at this house again.
