Wonderful three-bedroom home with extra sleep space, family room, den and ping pong room. Enjoy bug-free days on the large screen porch and evenings around the fire pit. Nicely furnished and tastefully decorated, the home is set on a wooded lot in a quiet Truro neighborhood.
Enter a open and bright front foyer. Just off the foyer is the main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV with cable and a gas fireplace. Just past the living room is the dining area with large table and slider to the big screen porch. The nicely equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops and a center island with counter seating.
A hall off the foyer leads to a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a queen bed and a daybed with trundle (two twins).
The stairs from the foyer lead to the second floor. At the top of the stairs is an open family room with comfortable seating and a table--a great place for kids to color and play, family games or puzzles. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower and a separate conveniently located laundry room with washer and dryer.
A spiral staircase leads to the third floor bunk room with four twin beds.
The lower level has a den with a sofa, flat screen TV and slider to the backyard. This room is accessed by a spiral staircase in the kitchen or through the unfinished part of the lower level. The lower level also has a separate room with a ping pong table--get ready for some friendly competition!
Window air conditioner units in the kitchen, all three bedrooms and the bunk room.
The large screen porch has a comfortable lounge area, table and two ceiling fans. Relax and unwind all day into the evening--beautiful sunsets included. A wonderful bug free spot for a morning cup of coffee, an evening cocktail, a good book or conversation.
Gather around the fire pit for s'mores and ghost stories. Yard games for the backyard. There is a gas grill and an oversized enclosed outdoor shower.
This spacious home is ideal for multiple families or families with children. Plenty of sleeping accommodations and wonderful spaces for gathering together or spreading out to enjoy different activities.
Just a short drive to all the best of Truro including ocean and bay beaches, shops, restaurants and galleries and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
