We feel the cutlery, spatulas, spoons and pans could have been better quality and quantity. Cutlery was the size of a child’s mouth and we had all adults and not enough. Spatulas and spoons were flimsy and sparse. There were 2 pans to cook for 6 people and they were not of good quality. I understand people probably steal things but maybe inventory and charges can be set. Just a thought. Or maybe tenants/renters can be made aware of what is there ahead of time.

Awful mattresses. Couch-Broken. Cushions do not push in completely and slide off. Sleeper severely bent at bottom and mattress was like a futon mattress. Super thin and uncomfortable. Washer/Dryer both rusted and MUSTY. Clothes smelled gross. Had to rewash everything when we got home. Master bathroom floor rotting next to shower and toilet. Tiny shower stall and awkward. Had to lift off shower head to rinse completely. Black bathmat? Rotting and muddy. Shower curtain/liner dirty and moldy. Hair in both bathrooms. Blinds do not raise and broken in second bedroom-they’re uneven. Living room slider blinds missing a few pieces so anyone could see inside unit. A few soft spots on floor throughout like the wood underneath is soft or rotting. Kitchen was decent. Tiny 5 cup coffee maker-more like 2 cups. YOU MUST BRING EVERYTHING- sponge, dish brush, dish soap, dish towel, OVEN MITT, coffee filters, hand soap, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, BATH MATS, sheets, blankets, pillows, laundry detergent-although I wouldn’t use the washer! Lysol wipes, TOILET PAPER, paper towels/napkins. We rented beach chairs through a Vrbo link -Baby Quip. Chairs were there when we arrived. Pool was nice. Clean. Man came daily to check chemical levels. Small lounge area but ok for how many people were there. Only thing good about this unit is the pool and LOCATION!! So close to beach/bathrooms and boardwalk. Would not stay in this specific unit again.

We take concerns regarding cleanliness, maintenance, mattresses, flooring, and appliances seriously, and we will be bringing these items to the owner’s attention for review and correction. While we manage the property on the owner’s behalf, the home itself is individually owned and certain repairs and replacements require the owner’s approval. We’re glad you enjoyed the pool and especially the convenient location, but we regret that the condition of the unit negatively impacted your stay.Your review is not representative of the other guest's experiences.

The place was filthy when we arrived. Bugs and dirt in the sink which wasn’t working. Sand everywhere. There was barely anything to make anything in the kitchen. No cutting board. Only one very dull knife. Literally not even a drop of olive oil, hand soap, a sponge, NOTHING. All the dishes were dirty so I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies just to make the situation bearable. One of our kids left his Apple Watch in the condo and the cleaning people stole it. To pour salt on the wound the host company refused to acknowledge that the cleaning people did it but the police investigation has proved otherwise. You can put a bow on a toilet like lipstick on a pig, but they didn’t clean, they stole a valuable item, and even worse, the beds were like sleeping on wooden planks.

It was a cute little, old place. Definitely worn.. a lot of things were broken and just old and very out dated. Very uncomfortable beds.. one flat old pillow for each bed..the shower was pretty bad. Very cheap shower head that faced directly straight. Wasn’t adjustable so I’m 5”2 and it’s about 7”. The garbage disposal was broke and smelled horrible. Broken closet doors and broken blinds. Couch bed was also broken and old. The place just needs some new stuff and updated and it would be great.
