We’re sorry to hear the property didn’t meet your expectations. To address your concerns, we always stock the unit with a jumbo roll of paper towels, four full-size rolls of toilet paper, and a small box of trash bags under the sink for stays under four days. Each bedroom also features a full-size hotel-style clothing rack with shelves for storage.- The home is zoned residential and has a rich history in the village. While the flooring is not brand new, it is well-maintained and clean, and we’re continually making upgrades to enhance the space.- We encourage guests to reach out to the guest contact should they have any questions or concerns during their stay. We followed up with the owner, who would like to address the following:- The home was professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival, and no issues were noted before or after your stay.- You did not reach out during your visit to report any concerns, which would have allowed our local team to address them immediately.- It’s also important to note that a dog was brought to the property without paying the required pet fee, and pet waste was left on-site after departure.We take great care in maintaining our home and expect guests to do the same.
