The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home at Bella Vida Resort—a stylish and comfortable three-bedroom townhouse designed for relaxing family vacations and memorable Orlando adventures. Accommodating up to seven guests, this inviting retreat combines the privacy of a vacation home with convenient resort amenities, all just 7.3 miles from Walt Disney World.



A Comfortable Place to Gather

Step inside and enjoy the bright, open-concept living space, where everyone can relax together after an exciting day at the theme parks. Settle into the comfortable seating, watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply spend quality time planning the next day’s adventures.



The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before heading to Disney to a relaxed dinner at home. Share meals around the dining table, or take your food outside and enjoy the warm Florida weather on the private lanai.



Your Own Private Pool

After a busy day exploring Orlando, return home for a refreshing swim in your private pool. Whether you’re starting the morning with a peaceful moment by the water or cooling off in the afternoon, the outdoor area offers a private space to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.



Comfortable Sleeping for Up to Seven Guests



Each bedroom provides a comfortable place to rest and recharge:



Primary Suite: King-size bed, quality linens, large flat-screen TV, and generous closet space

Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, ideal for couples or additional family members

Third Bedroom: Twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed, creating a fun and comfortable space for younger guests



The home also features two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, giving everyone plenty of room to get ready before a day at the parks or an evening out.



Important Guest Information

• Parking is free - Please ensure all vehicles comply with community regulations.



• Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM

Check-out is by 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $45 per hour, subject to availability.

If you need this service, please contact us in advance so we can check availability for you.



• Trash & Waste Disposal

All trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags and disposed of in the trash bins located at the front of the house.

Trash is collected every morning by HOA.



• Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)

Pool and hot tub heating is available for $35 per day.

We recommend requesting pool heat at least 3 days in advance for optimal temperature upon arrival.



• Grill Rental (Optional)

A 4-burner grill is available for $105 per week, including one full propane tank.

• Additional days: $15 per day

• Extra propane refill: $40



• Starter Supplies

We provide a starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels.

For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.



• Towels Policy

Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only.

Pool towels provided at the home are for the private pool area only.

If you plan to visit the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or other off-site locations, please bring your own towels from home.



• Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding community.

Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.



Other Things to Note:

Guests are required to register in the gate system.

Resort pass sharing is not allowed.

Our cleaning/maintenance team has a cleaning schedule and they need adequate time to prepare the property for the next guests arrival

If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, have no fear! You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure
