Welcome to Skyline Vista, a spacious 1,812 sq ft villa featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Fully furnished with all the upgrades you could desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, providing a serene retreat.

Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, this location is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, explore a variety of hiking, biking, and ATV trails. Engage in world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and marvel at the views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

Amazing location

We has a great stay! The townhome is located in a secluded brand new community right next to the Snow State park - a must see. Very comfortable and extremely clean. Highly recommended!

Tranquility In The Desert

We had an amazing weekend stay. Really quiet area and so close to Snow Canyon. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and the set up is ideal for two famalies. We loved the pool and hot tub, and it was so nice that they were open during the winter months. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Traveling alone. Been through the area before but first time staying in town. Beautiful home, beautiful area, perhaps amongst the most serene I encountered in town. Fully equipped home. Great stay!

Was a great location, clean and loved the upstairs loft to sit on the carpet and play group games! Bunk beds are very squeaking and move so much. Other than that it was great!

Amazing property in a private yet convenient location...

The townhome was very well appointed and incredibly quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed having the pool nearby and the ease of access to dozens of hiking/biking trails yet only 10 minutes from town... I highly recommend this Ledges property...
