Purple Shells Only is a recently updated condo in the heart of Kill Devil Hills located a quick five minute walk to the beach using the Martin Street public access just a block away.
With two bedrooms and two full baths, Purple Shells Only is the perfect choice for small/intergenerational families or couples getaway who are interested in a truly relaxing vacation versus the stress of sharing a vacation with their closest 30 friends or family. The open-concept living area with 9' ceilings opens up onto a private covered balcony where you can relax in the shade while enjoying the salty ocean breeze, gorgeous sunsets, and a view of the pool. Guests will have access to the Sundune Village community amenities which include an outdoor pool, picnic area with grills, and gazebo.
Within walking distance you'll find plenty of dining options including Bonzer Shack, JK's Restaurant, Food Dudes Kitchen, and more. The central location truly cannot be beat!
