The most beautiful view and we really enjoyed the pool. We saw dolphins and beautiful sunsets ever night. I would definitely return in the future.

Beachy Vacation Home

This place was perfect for our big family. We stayed here for our annual scalloping trip.The setup was great for entertaining inside or hanging out poolside. There was a dock where we could tie our boat and jet ski to. Great communication from host throughout our stay.

Great house, location, and view however there was an undisclosed camera overlooking the pool and I felt uncomfortable with my young daughters being watched in their swimsuits.

Madi's Sweet 16 Birthday Weekend

The house was everything we thought it would be, and more! We brought our boat, and it was so great to have it right there. And after a day on the water, it was so awesome to jump right into the pool. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was a few more kitchen supplies but we made do with what we had.

Gorgeous Views!!!

The waterfront property was absolutely stunning. The sunsets, amazing!!! The house was not clean to my standards at check-in but nothing we couldn’t fix. This is also an extremely buggy area, both inside and out. The entire neighborhood is under construction building homes up on stilts to avoid water damage and the noise begins at 6 am daily. All the minor imperfections were made up for by the gorgeous waterfront property and to die for sunsets. We had an amazing time!!!

The house accommodated all of our family. The kitchen was set up sufficiently for major meals excepting spices. The fireplace did not work, back door lock was broke, and I had to clean the outside dock and pool deck of guano and it was in the pool. The inside of the house was clean. The outside windows were filthy. Plenty of room for trash and recycling. Great laundry room. The three king beds were appreciated and pillows. This was a nice home with plenty of seating for dining and hanging out. For the elderly and small children the tile floors have 3 areas in the house that has a step up or down )one had a foot drop-off. The tile all matches so care is needed that someone doesn’t walk into or falls due to this. The loft bedroom is open with no door and is attached to the upstairs master so there is no privacy. The small biting mats outside can not be avoided outside at sun down. They bite and leave welts. Just be prepared.

Bayshore House

The house is amazing & has amazing views of the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet & very pleasant. It's centrally located to many area attractions. The only problem we had was the back door lock didn't seem to catch for us. We ended up using something to block the door from being opened at night & when we were gone. We would definitely stay again

House wasn’t dusted for cob webs. You could barely see out of any of the doors due to having smears/ adhesives on it. Doors hardly would slide open because tracks were nasty. Door handles were broke to the point locks wouldn’t work. Kitchen was decent. My grandma fell in the living room due to rug corners being flipped up and not seeing the step because it blinded in with the rest of the floor. The pool has a hose that runs all the way out to the pool from the house that literally trips you up and doesn’t allow the outside door to close. Light switches aren’t marked and half of the lights would turn on and work. Couldn’t use dock during the evening because of no lights. Pool lights didn’t work. When you turn certain switches on it sparked or smelt like smoke. There was no guide to let you know when pool guy was coming or when trash was supposed to be put out. Was not told there was construction that started at 6:30 every single morning and didn’t end till 5:30-6 every night. So every morning instead of sleeping in or enjoying the quiet you heard saws, people talking, hammering, big equipment with back up beeping, and Multiple cars showing up with music going or speeding off. We also couldn’t use remotes and had to replace batteries the next day.

Amazing House

This house is awesome. We rented it for a short Memorial Day VayCay for our family. The 3 bedrooms with 3 king beds was the main reason we rented this place along with the private pool. We like to be as isolated as possible when we VayCay and this place fit the bill.* The pros: * Everything in the house is brand new.* Not on the main river, cuts down on the shenanigans of the locals and the river traffic.* Large kitchen, had almost everything you need to cook all your meals.* Private pool overlooking the river.* Great sunsets.* Great porch for keeping the mosquitoes at bay.* Large TV's.* Plenty of towels and beach towels.* Watched lots of birds and dolphins all the time. The Cons: * When we arrived, I was very concerned about a building permit being taped to the front door. Apparently, the house has not passed a final inspection yet but is very close.* We also noticed that the lift station was not hooked up yet. The electrical cord did not fit the outlet and needed a different connection. We were told the crew that was supposed to hook it up the day before never showed up. * On night 2 the toilets did not want to flush and started to gurgle as well as the kitchen sink. The person taking care of the property tried to get someone out to fix the problem but could not get anyone to show up until the next day so we were holding our breath that the toilets would not overflow. The next day an electrician came out and made a quick fix.
