Gelegen aan de zuidkant van Cocoa Beach in een rustige woonwijk, op 20 minuten van het Kennedy Space Center, op 10 minuten van de wereldberoemde surfwinkel van Ron Jon en vele goede restaurants. De Cocoa Beach Pier. Ervaar directe oceaan appartement wonen plus de vrede en rust van mijl van zandstranden voor de deur. Bekijk alle Space Launches vanaf uw eigen balkon of zonnedek. Geniet van diepzeevissen, windsurfen, jetski en plezier voor het hele gezin met gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand. Woning heeft ook een zwembad en een enorm terras / zonneterras! Beautiful Place Guest Bedroom Issues
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice unit with a beautiful view and steps away from the beach. However,the bed in the 2nd bedroom is makes lots of noise and sinks in the middle. Don't count on a good night's sleep in this bed. Master bedroom is great, with lovely view and comfortable bed. The condo could also use working fans in the bathroom as moisture is a problem. Kitchen and living area is very nice. Cathy, our contact for the rental was wonderful, even taking care of our tv issue. Vacation Central is first class and, most definitely, takes good care of the renters. All in all, a great experience, but owners need to address the 2nd bedroom mattress issue. When you pay to rent a condo,a good night's sleep should not be an issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this particular condo before and other ones in the same block. The outlook is second to none and that had not changed however we booked this one and the one next door for our son and grandkids..sadly the swimming pool was never heated during our entire stay. I did message Cathy who is lovely and they were to have someone come out and see to it..this may have happened but by the time we left we heard that someone was out and it would heat in 7 days!! Also our particular unit 202 is okay..but the wardrobes in the 2nd room are in a poor state of repair and I spent my first hour cleaning them! My daughter was staying in that room with 2 TV... Extremely old furniture and the bedding was somewhat cover on the duvet?We love these units but with the pool and the urgent need to update some things it was disappointing. A bit of money spent on this unit would bring it up no end. They are not cheap to rent so a bit of investment in decor in the bedrooms would go a long way.Thank you

Cleanliness was suburb!! 2nd bedroom does desperately need a new mattress for the queen bed. King bed was wonderful. Overall a really great experience. Great responsiveness from the mgmt team. Hope to come back again. Highly recommend.

Welcome! 2019 will be our 15th year that My father Dave, mother Patti, and I have been renting all of our Vacation Homes! It all started when we thought that Condos and Hotels were TOO EXPENSIVE for families to enjoy, so we wanted to do something about it. We bought our first Condo, set the prices low (we were not trying to make a killing) and people loved it as a concept. Well, it grew from there. Now we own, manage, and rent our many vacation homes, renting to over 2,500 Happy Guest families just like you every year at two great Florida locations: Cocoa Beach, and right outside the Main Gate at Walt Disney World! It keeps us very busy and we love it. The best part is helping our guests have a fabulous stay while in Florida without charging them an arm and a leg as they say. We want you to have a fantastic time in any of our wonderful and Gorgeous Vacation Homes.

About us: We grew up in the Midwest - Columbus Ohio, and Naperville, Illinois. We made the move down to Sunny Orlando to be closer to (and manage) our Vacation Homes.
