The property was as described. Clean and was stocked well enough for our needs. Had good internet connection and my cell actually worked at the house. Didn't use the hot tub though available, just didn't have time. Location was convenient to downtown Franklin and to the lake for a tour we were taking.We only had some issues with the door locking system. Took several attempts to unlock the door after locking when left. Overall a relaxing couple of days in the mountains

The house was exactly as described and well stocked. You have everything you need in the kitchen to cook whatever you want. The location was perfect for our itinerary. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

The stay at this place was great! The cabin was very nice and the hot tub was awesome! It was easy to get to. Most importantly the owners were very accommodating to our questions. We would definitely reserve this place again.

Quiet retreat

We loved our stay at the Katie Creek Retreat! Quiet surroundings, beautiful and clean house and lots of extras that made our stay a treat. We will be back!

This property was a great stay for my family. A quiet spot to relax after days out enjoying the region. Great supplies for cooking your own meals. You will be satisfied with a stay at this property.

Great get-away

This was a wonderful location and wonderful house for our weekend trip. The house had everything and more that you would need for a comfortable stay. Really enjoyed using the fire pit and hot tube.

Great property, very clean and cozy. Even on rainy day we just lived to stay inside. Close to many attractions. Me and kids enjoyed the stay!

Wonderful accommodations. Very peaceful and relaxing on the deck tucked back in the woods. The host was always quick to respond to any inquiries I had. A short 20 minute drive puts you back in civilization. Walmart, restaurants, etc. The one hike you don’t want to miss if you’re physical able (I counted 625 steps over the course of a half mile) is the High Falls Waterfall. The entrance is across from the beach. Go during the dam release which they do for the kayakers. The amount of water going over falls is thunderous. I’ve been to dozens of rentals all over the world. This certainly ranks near the top.

Perfect getaway cabin

Relaxing in the Mountains

A awesome cabin with all the luxury‘s and equipment that you need for a short vacation. Can highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for peace and quiet.

Secluded Cabin

well laid out cabin with all the amenities, listing as described and kitchen was well equipped for cooking. our children loved the fire pit area, we will defiantly plan on staying here again next year.
