Onlangs gerenoveerd tweede verdieping unit 1 slaapkamer + slaapkamer op de vliering, 2 badkamers. Op het westen gelegen, prachtig uitzicht op de zonsondergang van Hawaii, walvissen kijken vanuit uw Lanai (in het seizoen)! Twee aparte bedden in de onderste slaapkamer, kunnen op verzoek worden veranderd in een koning. Queen bed in de slaapkamer op de vliering. Zwem met de schildpadden met de oceaan op slechts een steenworp afstand!

De unit is prachtig ingericht en bevat alles wat u nodig heeft om te genieten van uw verblijf in West Maui op een van de beste locaties die u zich kunt voorstellen.


Honokeana Cove ligt in Napili, West Maui, op slechts 13 km ten noorden van de historische stad Lahaina. De omheinde woning omringt een afgelegen baai met een adembenemend uitzicht op het nabijgelegen eiland Molokai vanuit elke eenheid. Our stay was great. The place was really clean, comfortable and just right for me and my 2 teenage boys to stay. The management people were really friendly and communicated well. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family getaway. The location is wonderful. The property is immaculately maintained and the unit was very, very clean. The a/c unit is only in the rear room so during the afternoon, the upstairs loft can get quite warm but they provide many fans which helps significantly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and hope to bring back more family when we do. Thank you!!

Great location and stunning view

We love the condo. You can sit on the line and see the sea turtles swimming out in the bay. The tiki torches at night had a great ambience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location itself is absolutely breathtaking and having access to swim in the cove is pretty special. Our family called it the "Turtle Hotel." The big weakness to the vacation rental is that it is warm. They do have a small ac unit for the bedroom on the first floor, but the area at the loft or the place itself is really hot and there was no breeze as we had hoped. We did use the fans but, it was not satisfying. The place did not offer enough amenities. Maybe it was because we couldn't help comparing with a beachfront rental in the South that offered AC and amenities like free laundry/dryer in the unit, beach amenities, plus spices/cooking ingredients and even small gifts- all at a fraction of the price of this rental. We would love to try a different unit in the future at Honokeana Cove Rental that does offer AC. It seems there are some units.

Lovely location

Great low key stay with beautiful view. The space worked well for our family with the teens in the bedroom with the two twin beds and us in the loft. Cove access is on the property and requires navigating over smooth stones. We saw many turtles during our stay.

Stunning location

We loved our stay. The snorkeling was so easy and felt so safe within the cove. in addition to turtles, fish and eels, I saw my first octopus! I can't recommend this property enough! Property is well maintained with a gorgeous garden. Many plants are labeled! Their commitment to the environment is real. They installed a filtered water station and 85% solar energy! Staff were so kind and helpful!

It’s not a loud party place so if that’s what your looking for this might not be for you. The location was superb for walk out snorkeling and the bay was rich in marine life. We stayed for 11 days and loved every moment. We had a second floor condo which was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

We came in Sept last year as well as May 2022 and booked our next trip on the spot! Its the perfect place for relaxation with turtles and so many fish varieties every time you step into the cove. The property gardens are immaculate, management caring and attentive and our apartment was well equipped. Only thing missing was AC so the place was a little hot late afternoon, but its easy to air and fans are available.

Cove amazing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the cove and it’s the only place we stay on Maui. This specific unit is not one we would rent again. We had 2 separate units this trip and 216 was not our favorite. Although we understand that some units (most actually) have no AC this one was rough with direct sunlight and little winds. One of the fans provided didn’t work. This unit could also use some updating and was not very well equipped. It’s the first unit we have stayed in at the cove that had no beach equipment of any kind, no chairs ...nothing. We would not rent this unit again but will always stay at the cove.
