Cosy and quiet flat in El Albir, tourist village next to Benidorm, the heart of the Costa Blanca. It is a very quiet area with beautiful views. 3rd floor. The main bedroom has a 150cm bed and the second bedroom has a 150cm bed and can be fitted with a 90cm bed if there are 5 people with additional cost. Fitted wardrobes with plenty of space and fans. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Smart Tv also in the master bedroom, which has lovely sea and mountain views. Bathroom has large shower and bidet, as well as hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, micellar water with make up remover discs. Bed linen and towels provided. Bathroom heater and hairdryer with diffuser. The living room has air conditioning and 42" TV with Fire Tv that will allow you to connect to your Amazon account and access your Netflix, Prime Video, HBO etc. accounts. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, microwave, oven, mixer (blender), Italian coffee maker, toaster, juicer, crockery, glasses, wine glasses, pots, pans, kitchen towels, apron, tablecloth, induction hob. Washing machine, clothes horse and iron with ironing board. Independent gallery. There are board games and children's books for the little ones. Communal swimming pool. Very quiet. It is hardly used by the neighbours. The building has some outdoor parking spaces that can be occupied if they are free, but the space is not insured and cannot be reserved. If there is no parking space in the car park of the building, you can park for free and without difficulty in the surrounding area. The building has a communal roof terrace, very sunny, where you can hang your clothes comfortably or sit and sunbathe.
The Sierra Albir flat is situated in a very quiet area of Albir. You will be a stone's throw away from the entrance to the Sierra Helada Natural Park and the lighthouse path. There are several hiking trails of different levels of difficulty, where you can enjoy splendid views and contact with nature. In case you don't know El Albir, it's a place where you can have a great time with children (and without them too 😉). It has a beautiful promenade and beach. There are many restaurants and bars and there is a great atmosphere in summer. There is a golf driving range in the centre of El Albir. Please note that we have 5 theme parks in the area (Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mitica, Aqua Natura and Terra Natura). Being so close to Benidorm and Altea, you can enjoy everything that all three destinations have to offer. So fun is guaranteed.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The longer the stay, the more discount is applied to the price. Disinfection with ozone machine after each departure. Pets are not allowed. No smoking in the whole flat. No parties allowed. Youth groups are not allowed to stay. All guests over 14 years of age must sign the registration/traveller's form, which is sent to the authorities, as required by the law on tourist rentals. A supplement of 50€ for arrivals later than 20.00 h on request. We live close to the flat, so you can count on us for anything you need, before or during your stay. The town centre and the beach are 900m away, approximately 10 minutes walk. Albir is full of good restaurants and places to have a drink or a cocktail. And there is plenty to do and see in the area. With children, fun is guaranteed. There are 5 theme parks in the area (Terra Mítica, Aqualandia, Mundomar, Aquanatura and Terra Natura. The "paseo de la estrellas" which links El Albir with Altea, is a 25-30 minute walk along the sea, highly recommended. The best way to get around Albir is on foot. But if you prefer to take the car to go to the centre, you will find several free public car parks. We will inform you on arrival. The city bus number 10 will allow you to easily reach the neighbouring towns of Benidorm, Altea and Alfaz del pi.
The reservation includes an electricity consumption of up to 25Kwh/day for stays of up to 7 nights, up to 200Kwh/week for stays of 1 to 3 weeks and up to 700Kwh/month. Excess consumption will be charged at €0.25/KWh. The guest must undertake to make responsible use of supplies (water and electricity).
Parties are not allowed.

The actions carried out through the wifi during your stay in the accommodation are your sole responsibility.
It is strictly forbidden to sublet the flat, under report to the competent authorities.
The main door has a second lock, a copy of which is not given to the guest and which will be locked if the guest has not vacated the flat by the day of departure. If the flat is not vacated on the day of departure, double the agreed price per night will be charged for each day the flat remains occupied.
On arrival, all guests aged 14 years and over must show their ID card/passport to the host and fill in the travellers' report which will be sent to the competent authority as required by the law on tourist rentals.
