You are here in a purely Art Deco building, which was the former Hotel de l'Europe, large entrance hall with its columns, wide staircase with its period wrought iron balusters, you are already a little elsewhere!

This is how "le Break" is composed:
On the first floor on the courtyard, very quiet, you enter the living room with a large window, sun for breakfast, equipped kitchen, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, washing machine, TV, wifi, sofa bed.

The adjoining bedroom, with a 140cm bed, also has a large, quiet window and large cupboards. It opens onto the shower room with a washbasin and cupboard, shower, wc and towel dryer.

The advantage of the "Break" :
Its ideal location in the town centre, 3 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes from the seafront and the famous Arcachon Casino.

The downside of the "Break" :
No parking space, non-paying parking on Bd Deganne at 300 meters, paying parking in all adjacent streets

This flat is managed by the Cocoonr Arcachon agency.

It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities offered by the Bay of Arcachon!
Ideally located in the heart of the city, you can discover the charming district of the Ville d'Hiver with its superb houses from the beginning of the century, its park, its belvedere with a breathtaking view on the Basin!
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste, or Gujan, or at the Arcachon market (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then go and conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla
If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty, 7 minutes walk from your home, to Cap Ferret, the Ile aux oiseaux, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth!
Descent of the leyre river, to the ornithological park in Le Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!

- Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to the Dune du Pyla, beware there is an express line 1 which takes you to the Dune without stopping before, unless you want to visit Le Moulleau (very beautiful church and viewpoint in height, wine bars and restaurants)
- Bordeaux airport at 68,3 km (52 minutes by car)
-Underground car park at the Hôtel de Ville which takes you directly to the Halles
