The front door of this 60 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated living space.

The living area features a comfortable sofa that converts to a double bed, and a large TV. The dining area features a large table seating six.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare your meals. A washing machine is also available.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed, both carefully made with hotel-quality linen. A work area is also available.

The bathroom has two sinks, a large mirror and a bathtub. The toilet is separate.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

Châtillon is a peaceful and residential town, surrounded by greenery and with good infrastructure. It offers a pleasant living environment, with numerous green spaces, parks, and gardens, making it an ideal place for families and nature lovers.

It has an architectural charm, combining old buildings with more recent constructions, and it offers some points of interest, such as the Saint-Philippe-et-Saint-Jacques Church and the Town Hall Park.

Located just a few kilometres from Paris, Châtillon is the perfect place to enjoy suburban life while remaining close to the French capital.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest streetcar station is Vauban, a 3-minute walk from the apartment. You'll also appreciate the proximity of metro line 13, which takes you to Gare Montparnasse in 20 minutes, Gare Saint Lazare in 30 minutes and Stade de France in 55 minutes. Orly airport is a 25-minute drive away.

Charles de Gaulle airport is about 50 minutes away by car.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
