RDC - Château de la Ronde - Avec piscine et jacuzzi

We offer to rent, in Vivy, the first floor of a 250 m² château with swimming pool and jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a 70 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 5000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows :

Day area
- Living room with TV, dining area and sitting area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, hob...

Night area
- Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 : One queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath and WC

Outside
- A private garden of approx. 5000 m² with furniture for sunny days
- A private unheated swimming pool, 6.50 m in diameter, open from mid-April to end-October (opening dates non-contractual)
- Jacuzzi available all year round (3 to 4 people)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, cot, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Vivy, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the château's private parking lot (6 vehicles).
