This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath semi-oceanfront home is beautifully built, expertly remodeled, and is located in the heart of the Outer Banks. You'll sip your coffee on the sun deck overlooking the majestic Atlantic. You can play all day in the private pool or take a short 2-minute walk to the beach! In the evenings, rest your bones in the bubbly hot tub after you've enjoyed a charcoal-grilled meal of your favorite fish filets!

This beautifully appointed grand top level has an open floor plan with soaring cathedral ceilings that frame a 180-degree view of the beach directly across the street. The upstairs living area has large bay windows that let in tons of natural light. You won't have any trouble finding everything you need to create culinary masterpieces in the remodeled luxury kitchen. The dining area has a table that seats up to 10 people via a beautiful teal wraparound booth and chairs. The top-level sun deck overlooks the ocean—perfect for creating OBX memories you'll want to recreate year after year. Afterward, swing by Lost Treasure Golf to try your luck at a fun treasure-themed mini-golf course or if it's raining, catch the latest blockbuster at the nearby movie theater. Try your luck on Avalon Fishing Pier and see what kind of titans you can reel in! When you get hungry, try brunch from The Jolly Roger, your favorite steamed shellfish from Goombays Grille & Raw Bar, or a mouthwatering dinner from Outer Banks Brewing Station —all offering late-night entertainment and located close to the home.
