The villa embodies the rustic feel while also capturing that comforting sensation when approaching the space. The entrance leads guests into the incredible exterior accompanied with a pool, a plethora of outdoor seating and a miniature sandy stretch, fitting for a family to experience the sandy-feel without having to leave the villa. This property is the perfect hideaway for a small family, two sets of couples or a group of friends searching for relaxation within the hills of St. Martin. 
The entrance adorns with a beach-hut style doorway that greets clients into the exterior of the home. The vegetation embraces the perimeter of the space followed by an expansive yet intimate pool that glistens in the sunlight throughout the seasons. The outdoor shower resembles a stem of a leaf, mimicking the nature that is present. To the right of the pool there are two palm trees that showcase sets of string lights that create a peaceful environment during the evening. This home makes the most of the view by setting up wooden day beds for sunbathing in the sun while drinking a refreshing beverage in hand. There are two bedrooms in the villa, both featuring spacious king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Bedroom one can be accessed through its exterior entrance on the left, encouraging the client to step foot into the serene sanctuary. The second bedroom is attached to the main living and kitchen area and it features a set of gentle steps that reveal the room as the client walks in.
