A Clean Home Away From Home. Most of the time there is a minimum of one day between guest stays to really clean the property and replace linens and other usable items frequently. We pride ourselves on maintaining this home to high standards of cleanliness and functionality, as our family also cherishes time spent here. We understand the importance of an impeccable home-away-from-home, and we've ensured that every detail reflects that understanding.
Room for 3 cars and all of your gear. You can leave your car(s) parked and gear stowed in a safe, spacious, dry, two car garage while you truly getaway from it all in Brian Head. There is a third underground, heated garage space just outside the door.
Privacy Matters. This place isn’t just a run of the mill cramped vacation rental; it’s over 2,600 square feet of *“wow.”* Every aspect is designed with that upscale, cozy vibe you love.
Picture this: You wake up in one of the four lavish bedrooms, stretch out on a bed that feels like a cloud, and step out onto your private balcony to greet the mountains.
Better yet… Privacy. You don't get jarred awake by your neighbors because… you have no neighbors! There was a lot of problems for a top dollar stay. Water stopped working first night we were there. Fireplace wouldn’t start. Heat for the rooms was super loud and clicked on and off all night .. there was moldy dishes in the dishwasher. Spent to much time getting thing running. We rented it for 3 nights and left early , only stayed 2 . Not worth it.

It is always our goal to provide an excellent experience and therefore to know that your group did not have a good time is upsetting at the least. I am very sorry that your group chose to leave a day early due to the negative experience.
If I may address some of these (it obviously does not make it better during the stay) but, we believe the water issue was stemmed from a municipal issue or perhaps the overall building issue which are beyond our control. We responded to the guests calls, texts and questions and provided any possible improvement or solution immediately.
We provide the solution to the heater noise in our welcome messages. I believe there was a disconnection in communication due to the fact that you were not able to be present with your group. I did text one of the guests at the property directly with all of the tips and tricks when checking in and settling in - and the solutions to the heater noise and hot tub noise is provided in those messages.
It is tough to accept that there were moldy dishes in the dishwasher for 2 reasons. However, sometimes things happen and details can get overlooked, so it is possible and I apologize.
1 - we have had guests in the unit every weekend since January, there could not have been enough time for dishes to grow mold.
2 - we use one of the best (if not the best) cleaning team available on the mountain. I will of course bring this concern to them, but we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest level of cleaning.
We appreciate the feedback and will use these lessons to improve our property and service.
Thank you for taking the time provide the rating and the feedback.
We had the best time! The house was awesome and fit our family perfectly! The host and hostess were so great! Kept in touch with us to make sure our stay was going well! We will definitely be back!!
Our two families enjoyed our stay at this spacious VRBO for our annual ski trip. Great location, lots of comfortable beds, lots of towels and extra amenities like coffee and board games and nice to soak in the hot tub after skiing. We’d book again!
The place is broken up between multiple levels so everyone has a place to hang out. Kids loved the loft area. Comfortable areas for all. Kitchen is well stocked. It is walkable to some skiing and a super short drive to another. Would stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, well-stocked and comfortable. We were there for mountain biking, the base of the giant steps chair was under 2 minutes away on a bike and about a 5 minute walk, very convenient. The condo is also directly across from the park and reservoir, the kids could go to the park and we could watch from the deck. Another bonus is the indoor hot tub and sauna. Overall, this was a great spot for 3 families to stay together. We all agreed we loved this place and would like to stay here again in the winter.
Such a beautiful home. The kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the hot tub. Thank you so much for everything! We hope to return again soon.
Nice Large House, close to slopes and great amenities!
We go to Brian Head every year with another family and this house earned top marks from all the people we stayed with! The house was huge, plenty of space for multiple families, and the indoor spa was wonderful. The hosts were very communicative and overall this house was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed in Brian Head!

Thank you for choosing to stay at our property in Brian Head. We are very glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for your thoughtful review and for taking such good care of our space. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!
House had all of the amenities described. A couple of hiccups with running the jacuzzi and the heaters but the host was very prompt in fixing the issues. Would highly recommend.
Large comfy condo. My family loved the private spa and sauna. Hosts were very receptive. They even called in a locksmith for us on a Sunday night to resolve an issue with one of the door locks.
The amenities of the property are exceptional. The owners responded quickly when I had an issue with the oven and offered to just send a new one if we couldn't resolve it. It is a quick walk to the lifts. We cannot wait to come back!

We’re so glad you had a good time while staying at the Cowboy Spa Palace, Stephanie! We look forward to having you return!!
We had a large group of 12 (two families with four kids each) and everyone had a great time! There was plenty of space and beds for each person and lots of things to do for each age group. The kids loved the loft with the bunk beds, Love Sac, and video games. The parents loved the sauna and hot tub! There were also plenty of board games for our group to play. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. Definitely a place we would stay again!

This is a true gem in Brian Head! We loved everything about this place from the ease of checkin/access to the well appointed kitchen to the comfortable beds! There were a plethora of games for adults and kids to enjoy. The WIFI was great and supported the many devices. Several televisions are offered in a variety of locations for all. Everything was exceptionally clean. The location offers easy access to ski lodges. The owners were readily available and checked in on our stay. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Brian Head.

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at the Cowboy Sap Palace, Raymond!
Thank you for taking great care of our place - you and your family are welcome back anytime.
Except for the afternoon and overnight thunderstorm, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. I should have remembered the stairs from a previous stay at the Villas. They were great exercise for we 80 year olds. You might include a warning in your ad in order to avoid a medical emergency in the future. The coffee maker was a very nice touch. We used both features. The hot tub was a welcome amenity although we suspected it was the source of the intermittent sound of a motor coming from downstairs.
We have been taking our family to Brian head for years and this is THE best place we have stayed! The location is fantastic. Really close to the lifts, outdoor playground and sledding area. The indoor garage was perfect because it did snow during our stay. The rental was decorated with a western theme. So cozy and unique! Our family was able to spread out in the spacious unit but also, spend meals and game nights together in the large kitchen/family room area! Our absolute favorite part of the stay was getting to spend evenings getting warm in the indoor hot tub after a chilly day on the slopes. We cannot wait to come back to this “palace!”

We are happy that you and your family enjoyed the “palace” and everything that it provides.
We look forward to hosting you again!
We shared the condo with another family and we felt the layout worked well. The indoor parking and the walking distance to the slopes was great! Jeremy the owner was very helpful and responsive! It took a couple of nights to figure out putting the heat down in the bedrooms while sleeping allowed the room wall heater noise not to be annoying. The rooms stayed warm and comfortable with the heat down. The rental was well stocked with trash bags, paper plates, towels, hot chocolate, coffee, ice, puzzles, and games, etc. We bought bottled water but tap water was good too. We didn’t use the indoor spa because it didn’t get warmer the 86 degrees. There are a lot of stairs!!! The decor and lighting is dated but overall a great and couple to stay in Brian Head. The new appliances worked great!

Thank you for your review, Mindy! We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. We wish you would have let us know about the hot tub during your stay; we would have been able to help trouble shoot and get the temp up to where it should be for you to enjoy.
Thank you for letting other travelers know the indoor parking and walking distance to the slopes are great, we keep it very well stocked for guests, there are a lot of stairs and some of our decor and lighting is a bit funky :-).
(I think I’ll be changing some of the light fixtures this summer - haha!)
We truly hope you enjoyed your time at The Cowboy Spa Palace and your visit to Brian Head! Thank you for choosing our place!
This was far and away the best accommodation we've ever had the pleasure of renting in Utah. Our entire group, there were only seven of us, was thrilled with every aspect of the home. Beautiful inside, pristine cleanliness and absolutely every possible detail and amenity was thought of and provided. Incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Even the others in our group who were staying in other units nearby were bowled over when they stopped by. There are times when photos and descriptions are not accurate with online listings but most definitely not the case here. You cannot dream up a better, more beautiful or comfortable place to spend time at Brian Head. Do not hesitate to book this home. We are so appreciative of the owner's efforts and so happy to have found their listing. Master class in hospitality for certain. Thank you so much.

We are a husband and wife that live in Las Vegas but love escaping to Brian Head and Southern Utah. We have been coming to the area with our kids for years! We love fishing in Panguitch during the summers and enjoying the snow in the winters. This is out Home Away From Home. We pride ourselves on maintaining this home to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality, as our family also cherishes time spent here. We understand the importance of an impeccable home-away-from-home, and we've ensured that every detail reflects that understanding.
We travel frequently and rarely use hotels. We rent properties just like these every time we travel. Those stays have informed us. We try to bring our favorite thoughtful touches to your stay.
Why they chose this property
Did we mention the lifts are just steps away? Sandwiched right between Wildflower and Giant Steps, it is just a short walk to both lifts. This place is smack in the middle of the action. Close to chairs 1,2, 3, 5 and 8, and a ski shuttle pick up adjacent to the unit to take you to the third lift at Navajo Lodge.
Sharing our getaway Our family loves Brian Head, Duck Creek and Panguitch Lake. We have visited our share of vacation homes, cabins, campgrounds and hotel rooms in the area. When we found this space we found our perfect home away from home. We are sharing our favorite getaway.
THE BRAND NEW BRISTLECONE PARK IS DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM YOUR BALCONY PATIO. You can keep an eye on those little bundles of joy with a Hot Toddy and a snack.
What makes this property unique
After a day on the slopes, what's better than a steamy shower or a soak? Imagine unwinding in your own sauna sinking into the jacuzzi or steaming your aches away—yeah, this place has relaxation handled. It’s like having a personal spa, minus the strangers and plus all the tranquility. It gets better…
There are more than 800 ski rentals in Brian Head Utah. If you have been searching you have read the same features over and over again. “Spacious ski in, ski out…”. What they mean is claustrophobic, and stacked with noisy neighbors. “Private, secluded cabin…” is best translated to “bring a snow shovel, a snowmobile and a stomach for adventure.”
We are think this space is something pretty special. Imagine a place where luxury meets the laid-back charm of mountain life—it's our hidden gem in Brian Head, Utah. Every room is crafted for comfort and every view is a backdrop for memories. It is perfectly placed. Close enough to lifts to be almost a ski in ski out rental but far enough away to give you respite from crowds and noise.
This place isn’t just a run of the mill cramped vacation rental; it’s over 2,600 square feet of *“wow.”* Every aspect is designed with that upscale, cozy vibe you love.
