Beds were so comfortable

The condo itself was wonderful. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on! My only complaint about the condo was that there wasn't any grip on the bottom of the bathtubs and were pretty slippery.

It had lot of space. I didn’t like the floor in bedroom being wet, the water was not hot enough, the garage was very rough, the dishwasher was broken, the dryer needed a little help to turn on, the picture of this is misleading, security sucks especially when the man was eating at the desk on our first day. I didn’t need that mean mug, but hey I guess no one was there to give him a break.

The room was very clean and spacious. It had towels, cook ware, laundry detergents and even ground coffee with coffee maker. It was a pleasant stay with all the room amenities. I am very happy with my stay here and would come back.

Good place to stay in central New Orleans

Accommodation was spacious, clean & comfortable. It was good to have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Nice touches, such as dishwasher & laundry tabs. Good location, with short walks to main attractions. There was also parking available nearby. Communication from the host company on property access needs to be better. Also they offered us late check out, which was more expensive than what they were offering for an additional night’s stay. More cutlery and cookware is also needed and clearer instructions from reception on where we could leave our luggage

The Condo was a up to date modern style, very clean and spaces. The management was attentive and resourceful when needed for questions or concerns. Security helpful and resourceful about the area eating spots and things to see in the City.

The condo was nice and clean. It was as advertised, only thing I would say the appearance of the inside of the building needs to be better kept and updated as far as painting the walls and upkeep bit it was quiet and convenient to bourbon street. I will most definitely book again

Condo was worth the money and would stay again. We read one review and it stated the 1st floor hallways had an unpleasant odor which was true. This odor was from a nearby seafood restaurant once we realized this it wasn't so bad. The condo itself was clean and didn't have this odor.

Great location, it's a short walk to Canal street and the French Quarter, along with being close to the street car lines. The Waldorf is also on the same block, so great spot for a better cup of coffee than what was provided in the unit. There was a rancid smell in the elevators and lobby that we had no idea what it was, but definitely had to hold our breath, thankfully our unit was fine. Also it was cold during our stay, so could not take advantage of the rooftop pool.

Loved the condo, it needs a few repairs but that didn’t stop us from having a good time and enjoying the space. The bed was extremely comfortable! Only thing I didn’t like was the parking situation. The garage attached to the building was extremely sketchy and I had to call to verify that’s where parking is. Was also $30 a day.

Not impressive, but it'll do

The pullout sofa has clearly seen better days as it was at a slight angle with a big dip in it--very uncomfortable for a three-night stay. The coffee maker did not work and the room was not as clean as it should have been upon arrival (including hair in the shower and on the bedding of the pull out sofa). The address for the parking garage was incorrect leading to major confusion. The location was the best thing about this place since it was between the CBD and French Quarter.

Nice and easy.

Check-in was easy. The room was nice and clean. We did have an issue with the toilet, but when we called, they sent someone to work on it. For check-out, you are just supposed to tell the security guy at the desk your room number, but he was not around. After about 10-12 minutes, a few of us wrote a note and left it at his desk.

Lack of cleanliness

The instructions to access the property and accommodations were perfect, however; the property had some major issues. The elevators reeked of urine. The floors inside of the apartment weren't swept or cleaned. The bathroom toilets weren't properly cleaned on the inside. We were too tired to inspect the sheets until the next day and discovered blood stains. One of the guests slept on the floor and later discovered blood stain soiled the matress cover. The agents were slow to respond to resolving the atained mattress cover until the next day. I slept on the pull out sofa bed and noticed blood stains on my sheets as well. I am awaiting a resolution and was told someone would call me about this issue. I checked out early yesterday morning and haven't heard from anyone since. The property is in a great location though but the housekeepers are the problem.
