Although we’ve preferred to stay closer to the center of the city, this is a great option and conveniently located around the Ciutat de las Ciencias. The apartment was comfortable, packed with plenty of goods and very much comfortable for our family of 4. We rented a car, and there was plenty of parking spots around it.

Its good location, except it is very small for a family of 4, with children. Convenient that is closed to mall, museum, and oceanographic. Its little disappointing that the toilet when you flush water coming out, and the shower light is not working. Additionally the management do not change towels after 7 days or stay or you book more than 7 days. Other than that location is by far outstanding.

it was a super detail that they left the air con on, since it was super hot outside, we really appreciated arriving to a fresh appartment. Also, very nice to have some toiletries, coffee and basics in the kitchen. We missed having a hanging rack like for beach towels and swimsuits, and a broom to clean the dirt we cause or the sand.

Nice hotel but rooms were not sound proofed. I could hear people talking, using the restroom, & snoring in the neighboring rooms. When doors slammed closed, the walls in my room vibrated.

5 very nice days in Valencia

We as couple, took a short vacation in Valencia. We stayed with Limehome at Cá dÁntonio Ferrandis. The appartment was small with effectively used spaces, comfortable bed. It has a well equipped kitchen incl. washing machine. We appreciated the AC - well used also in October ;-). It´s 10min walk to Science city and the park. There´s a bus to beach & tram to city, both <200m from house entrance - hence easy access to good communications throughout Valencia! The location is quiet & pieceful. We felt safe. Easy walking to Saler - shopping mall with great food store and multiple restaurants. What else can You wish for - we can highly recommend to stay here!

It was nice to have the studio apartment & the option of laundry. Quick glance all looks well. The bedding had a “sour” smell like the sheets were left in the washing machine for days then dried. The towels were fine, no bad odour. The front load washing machine was wet & damp upon opening it. After wiping it clean & leaving the door open for a day, it was better. Front load washing machines will always breed mold & bacteria if left closed after a wash is completed & not allowed to air dry.

El alojamiento está muy bien porque es construcción nueva y de momento se mantiene algo limpio, pero yo creo que está mucho tiempo sin barrer el suelo porque había mucha pelusilla, por lo demás está muy bien equipo y con facilidad para aparcar.

Pensé que era un hotel y al final resulta que era como un Bnb y debíamos hacer check in y no nos enviaron a tiempo el mail. Yo debía haber accesado al departamento a las 3 p.m. y llegando no había recepción y tuve que hacer varias llamadas para que enviaran eso del mail y logré entrar hasta pasadas las 7 p.m. y su plataforma es muy complicada . Pésima comunicación , perdi tiempo y no me compensaron con nada.

Ik was met mijn gezin( vrouw en 2 kids) in de grootste appartement en kon alles doen net alsof ik gewoon thuis was. Alles was aanwezig zelfs een wasmachine om de vuile was te doen. Zeker komen we nog een keer hier.

El apartamento está bien pero la primera noche el aire no funcionó con temperaturas de 40 grados afuera no se vale que no revisen sus instalaciones por lo menos unas horas antes que el huésped llegue fue una noche terrible al otro día nos cambiaron de apto y perdí casi medio día en el cambio ya que no había en ese condominio y nos mandaron a otro a 20 min de ahí, la verdad muy mal por parte de la de esta propiedad aparte solo me regresaron una pequeña parte de esa noche siendo que no dormimos nada TERRIBLE

Nos encantó. Nunca habíamos estado en un apartamento. Teníamos todos lo servicios necesarios. Nos sorprendió que no hubiera sartenes ya que no faltaba de nada la verdad pero nos la apañamos. Repetiremos.
