부산여행하면서 묵은 호텔, 진짜 너무 깨끗하고 쾌적해서 감탄했어요. 친구가 저 믿고 호텔 예약을 맡겼는데, 정작 친구가 더 만족해하더라고요. 위치도 좋고 시설도 잘 관리돼 있어서 하루 종일 돌아다니다가 들어와서 쉬기 딱 좋았어요. 다음에 또 부산 오게 되면 망설임 없이 여기로 다시 예약할 예정이에요.

전체적으로 괜찮았지만 화장실 변기와 세탁기에서 심한 악취가 났고 침실 방문을 닫으니 문에 달린 옷걸이에 오래 된 바짝 마른 수건 두개가 걸려있었음. 거실 쇼파에 있는 깔개에 머리카락. 위치는 매우 편리했고 위생상태만 더 개선된다면 아주 좋을 것 같다는 생각

원래 부산 좋아해서 종종가긴 하는데 한번도 숙소 성공 한적 없었거든요 아이랑 둘이 간 여행이라 숙소가 깨끗했으면 좋겠다 싶었는데 아이도 저도 너무 만족스럽게 하룻밤을 지냈네요^^

I had a fantastic stay! From the start, communication with the property manager was excellent—they were quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions I had. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made arriving after a long journey so much easier. The location is absolutely perfect—close to Haeundae beach and traditional market, everything I needed, including restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Check-in was difficult. The property didn’t send self check-in instructions even though I had sent them the information requested as soon as I received the request. They would not answer their phone or respond to text messages. After a few hours of waiting for them to respond, I downloaded WhatsApp to see if they were in WhatsApp. Again, no answer when calling but they finally responded to my WhatsApp text messages and sent me check-in instructions. They never responded to my phone text messages. The room wasn’t clean - hair all over the floors, we even saw pubic hair!

여행 중 우연히 발견한 이 호텔, 마치 숨겨진 작은 보석 같았어요. 로비에 들어선 순간부터 은은한 향기와 따뜻한 조명이 반겨줬고, 객실 창문 너머로 펼쳐진 도시 야경은 잠들기 아쉬울 만큼 아름다웠습니다. 단순한 숙소를 넘어, 머무는 내내 '쉼' 그 자체였어요. 호텔이 아닌 작은 힐링 공간 같았달까요? 다음엔 일부러라도 이곳을 다시 찾고 싶을 만큼 마음에 깊이 남은 시간이었습니다.

주거침입 상황 발생으로 대응 계획

새벽 1시경 자고있는데 누군가가 비밀번호를 누르고 방으로 침입 했습니다. 옷을 안입고 있기도 했고 자다가 놀라 극도의 공포를 느꼈으며 이런 말도 안되는 상황이 발생한 것에 대한 분노를 느끼고 있습니다. 호텔 관리자에 이 사건에 대해 항의 하였지만 메세지를 보고도 아무 조치를 히지않고 있으며 강력히 대응할 예정입니다.
