And we were close by activities for all ages. The actual area itself is a little bit sketchy, but it’s easy to walk out of the neighborhood and be at any landmark or restaurant in 10 minutes.

Everything was exceptional, except for three things. The location is kind of sketchy at night. Upon arrival nobody spoke english which fair enough but a warning would have been nice. Lastly upon arrival you need to do a check in on your phone with the front desk and although they tried to explain, there english was not sufficent. The room was awesome, the staff were friendly and the price was awesome!

Room was very cleab and for the price, it was great as long as the condition is maintained. The AC worked great in my room and again, great price for the place I was in. The gym was solid and the people looked good. The neighborhood isnt the prettiest but its still close to a lot of nice places in Santiago and easily walkable. Would def recommend for this price and this general price range.

Early check-in for expensive fee. Decorative pillows had very old stuffy smell, dusty like. Sleeping pillows very flat, very cheap, no support. When i messaged about extra pillow options, was ignored, had to use the towels provided to help add support as decorative pillows had too strong an odor to use. Once you check in, your left on your own, theres no support or feedback.

If I could give this property ZERO stars , I would. My entire stay there the shower didn’t work. I contacted the property and they said it would be fixed. Several days go by all the way to the end of my trip and the shower was never fixed and they stopped responding to me when I’d send a single WhatsApp message to them each day asking when it would be fixed. ZERO response for days on end , until the last day and still never received a response and the shower was broken all but one day of my trip. (It broke the first day k took a shower; showerhead fell off and shot water everywhere.) Absolutely unacceptable to have no way to shower while in Santiago where the temps were approximately 90 degrees each day. Expedia reached out to the property and the property took zero accountability; I had to pay full price for a property without a working shower. Also, the bathroom had filthy floors and the shower curtain had mold all over the bottom of it. Would avoid this worthless property at all costs. Also, not happy with Expedia not making this property take accountability.

Dos 2 apartamentos que aluguei 1 estava execelente, limpo, decoração moderna e linda e tudo funcionando, limpeza execelente, porém o 616, nao estava, nao tinha micro-ondas, nao estava funcionando o fogão e nao condizia com as fotos, o suporte da ducha estava estragado e demorou 4 dias para consertarem apesar de muitos pedidos. No mais estava bom, limpeza e localização.

No geral, tive uma boa experiência na hospedagem. O check-in aconteceu na recepção do prédio residencial e, apesar de terem dificuldade para localizar nossa reserva inicialmente, o recepcionista foi muito solícito e no final tudo deu certo. O acesso ao apartamento é feito por senha eletrônica. O apartamento é confortável, bem equipado e tem ótima divisão dos espaços, com sala/cozinha separadas do quarto por uma porta de correr. A varanda e a vista para a cidade fazem bastante diferença. O ar-condicionado aquece muito bem e o apartamento possui tudo necessário para uma estadia confortável. A localização é excelente, próxima dos principais pontos turísticos da região central de Santiago, como Cerro Santa Lucía e Palacio de La Moneda. Também fica perto de metrô, farmácia, conveniência, supermercado Líder e com ônibus passando em frente. O principal ponto negativo é o banheiro. A banheira é muito alta e passa sensação de insegurança ao entrar e sair. Além disso, o banheiro alaga durante o banho por conta da cortina, o que seria facilmente resolvido com um box de vidro. Também senti falta de mais toalhas durante a estadia. Roupas de cama e banho estavam limpas e cheirosas. Apesar dos pontos negativos no banheiro, considero uma hospedagem com ótimo custo-benefício pela localização e estrutura.

The room was great for a solo traveler like myself, but was large enough to accommodate 2 if necessary. For anyone needing some peace and quiet when relaxing in the room will not be disappointed, as the walls are thick and the city itself is quiet even when traffic is heavy outside. The host was gracious and expedited any small issues I ran into. I WILL stay with Santa Rosa Spot by Andes+ again.

Me hospedé por 9 días, nadie me limpia y no me cambian las sábanas ni toallas. Escribí al encargado me dice que se limpia y se cambia cuando salga los huéspedes solamente y si están muy sucias se cobra algo adicional. Y no aceptan visitas en el alojamiento.

A Andes + é uma ótima hospedagem, localizada numa região muito central e segura. Fica a poucas quadras do metrô e do Cerro Santa Lucia. Nas proximidades ainda tem mercado Lider en outras comodidades. A cama é muito confortável. O estúdio é bem completo e muito limpo. A internet funcionou muito bem. Tem uma sacada com uma vista boa. Ainda destaco a facilidade do checkin e do checkout.
