The property was within close proximity to the airport. Easy access to the train and with minimal delays to and from. The location was suitable for my needs and felt safe. It matched the description and had all the amenities I was looking for.

This place was great, and I would have given it 5 stars. The only issue was that the automatic front doors didn’t open properly. I had to pull them open manually with my fingertips every time I entered. Aside from that, I had a great stay.

Excellent! We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is convenient. Note that parking (as of April 2026) is 20 euros per day and needs to be reserved in advance. The train was only an 5 min walk away and only a one station ride to the airport. We were near the airport, but the room was actually very quiet!

Checkin was straightforward, but mostly automated; i was under the impression that the 3pm checkin was mandatory, however they let us check in at 11am anyway. The room was nice, and had everything me and my partner needed, although on our last night something went wrong with the air conditioner and it started leaking water. Overall pleasant, but a very unconventional stay

Clean and fairly new hotel. We enjoyed staying there. Parking is available next to the building. 15-20mins walk from terminal 2 exit, and 3 mins walk to the Gateway Gardens local train station. It's convenient to get around. It's a self check-in/out process, make sure to read the check-in pdf instructions and have the reservation code provided for a smoother check-in. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

No staff and problems with online check in, even at site. No one there to assist. Room was clean and basic. No amenities, had to go 4 blocks to find a shop w toothbrush. No shuttle to airport and no one to help get a taxi. If you need absolutely no help it’s a nice site for the price, otherwise, chose different places

This is a new property, that being said grounds and room were very clean. Elevator and washing areas took some getting used to. Two elevators, both serve different purposes. Small note about your bathrooms in the room. You have NO exhaust fans! Black mold will be present soon. How does that get overlooked? Exit for parking garage should be explained, a rope hanging from the ceiling is a little vague for foreign travelers.

Still under construction(=new) Elevators are out of order(going up and down to 3rd floor with luggage is a bit off ). You need to slam the door to lock the door to the room. Very close to FRA terminal 2. Newly developing area so nothing much happening but good if you are arriving late and leaving early from the airport. The staff there was friendly and helpful. So once all the work done it’ll be better I think.

The hotel is a complete disappointment. It’s under construction, yet there was no warning about it anywhere. The elevators don’t work, so we had to drag all our luggage up to the 4th floor by hand. The road in front of the hotel is blocked, and traffic runs only one way. The entrance to the underground parking isn’t marked at all — we missed it and had to drive 8 extra kilometers on the highway just to circle back. By the time we finally got to our room, we were exhausted and frustrated. Although the room itself was fine, the overall experience was awful. I seriously regret choosing this hotel.

Informationen waten genau, Self Check-in und Checkout einfach. Alles sauber. Unpraktisch dass das Bett an der Wand steht, für 2 Personen nicht gut geeignet. In der Dusche fehlt eine Ablage. Ansonsten alles gut, nur paar Schritte von Gateway Garden entfernt.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Angekommen im Zimmer, war nur das Schlafzimmer Bett für zwei Personen ausgestattet mit Bettzeug. Das Sofa war nicht aufgemacht und es gab kein Bettzeug für die Kinder. Nachdem wir angerufen haben, mussten wir selber nach dem Bettzeug suchen. Auch da gab es nichts. Dann haben wir noch zusätzlich ein Einzelzimmer bekommen. Echt schade. Weil das Zimmer an sich schön und sauber war.

Das Zimmer war super praktisch mit der kleinen Küche und sehr modern. Alles war sauber. Außerdem war der Preis spitze. Die Lage ist auch super. Mit der Skyline waren wir in wenigen Minuten am Terminal 1. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Oberflächen im Bad dürfen schon mal gewischt werden. Zudem ist es in vielen der Zimmer zu warm und es wird auch nicht besser, wenn man die Heizung auf Minimum stellt.

Sehr neu, sehr sauber, völlig automatisiert (ohne Personal), praktische Lage in der Nähe des S-Bahnhofs Gateway Gardens (nur 1 Minute Fahrt zum Flughafen), sehr gute Schallisolierung. Espresso-Maschine, Spülmschine, Mikrowelle, Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Preise ein wenig hoch.

Der Aufzug funktioniert mittlerweile, aber ich habe Zweifel an der Sauberkeit in den Apartments. Zudem gehen die ersten Dinge kaputt.
