The hvac units are right next to paper thin walls, so it is very noisy even when everyone is quiet. Also there is no bathroom ventilation so if you gotta go, your roommates can smell it all. For hours. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff is amazing.

I like how clean it was inside the building. I like complimentary snacks and water, good tea. But I wish deck furniture and balcony was cleaner from spider webs. I wanted to seat on the deck, but furniture was too dirty. The cleaning lady’s were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 6/12-6/15 for my husband’s birthday and it was truly an amazing stay. Our unit was pristine. The property is well maintained and our lake view was beautiful. We’re definitely going back to stay before the summer ends. We recommend staying at the Boardwalk @ Lake Anna if you’re thinking about visiting!

LOCATION WAS BEAUTIFUL . WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK. THE CHECK IN PROCESS CAUGHT US OFF GUARD BECAUSE IT WAS NOT SPECIFIED IN THE LISTING BUT WE WERE ABLE TO DO IT. OVERALL VERY CLEAN AND QUIET.

Very beautiful property!! The restaurant and activities next door are an awesome bonus. Room and building was clean, unfortunately it did seem like the walls were rather thin and if you had children near by you could definitely hear them. Additionally, staff tried to enter the room to clean twice before we had checked out of the room, and the internet/wifi/tv had major issues making it very hard to watch anything without constant buffering and interruption. Overall a really nice space, would stay here again
