The hotel was actually good value for money but very dated and no aircon neant the rooms were boiling hot. They did haveca fan in the room buy so warm. Checkin was painful with a lady taking nearly 30 minutes Not the staff fault, eventually another member of staff came out. So overall ok. You get what you pay for i guess

Good location. Terrible beds

Good location. 10 mins walk to chateau and 5 min walk to supermarket. They did not contact us in advance and did not answer phone but luckily were there when we arrived. Parking was tricky as you had to pay 10 euros if they had a space. But the spaces were very small and someone had parked so far over the lines so we could not park in our space. The room was basic but ok but t he beds were terrible. They were really soft and gave us both backache. I put my matress on the floor in the end as any movement made a noise on the bed slats. The beds mean i would not stay agsin. Otherwise ok

Very convenient location near train station. The twin rooms need a refresh. Sound insulation is lacking, and kitchen equipment varies from room to room. Twin beds are a bit too narrow for an adult or tall person. Corridors smell of cigarette despite smoking being forbidden.

Well located budget place in need of some TLC

Main plus is easy walking distance of the historic town centre. And we managed to park on the street right outside free. We had a comfortable night and the kitchenette was good enough. The whole place could do with a new coat of paint and carpets but it was fine for what we needed, and at a very reasonable price. PS we put stuff in our fridge, only to find out the next morning that it wasn't switched on even though the light came on!

Good value for money

Arrived late Saturday. Had code for door but not lock box with room details in. Neither did about 16 other people that night too. Otherwise as expected. Plenty of on road parking for free just outside and nearby. Good location for leaving the car and walking to city centre - about 10 mins. Does what it says on the tin for a great value price.

Great concept. Short term appartments.

A temporary appartment that was comfortable , well positioned , and ideal for our several day stay. So useful to be able cater for ourselves albeit on a limited basis. We were lucky and had real beds though they did compromise space we were happier with the extra comfort. Though self catering , breakfast was available but we didn't use this facility. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English .

Great location just 5 minutes walk from the centre (the chateau and hotel de ville). Good value, rooms clean and spacious. We found free parking outside so didn't have to pay for parking.

helpful, practical but uncomfortable

Reminiscent of student halls of residence but as long you don't need luxury frills its a good deal for the price. Location is not historic but only a 5 min walk to the the centre of town. Booked a double bed studio with a sofa bed (twin n/a according to hotels.com) but were told sofa beds didn't even exist in the hotel. Thankfully, as two female relatives, they found us a twin room immediately. Reception staff were friendly and willing to let us try to speak French! It was a very hot night when we stayed and there was no air conditioning. Opening the windows let in the noise of the street and the railway nearby so we got very little sleep. On the plus side, the fridge and cooking facilities were really useful; they let us stay longer in the secure parking; and the wifi was good.
