Great option for a family stay. We spent one night and everything went smoothly. There’s no on-site parking, but we easily found available spots right in front of the building. The self check-in and check-out system worked flawlessly.

The property was in a good location, a five minute walk to a drug store, a grocery store, and several bus stops. It was a 20 minute walk to Allianz Parque (now called NuBank Parque). The property and my room were both good, not luxurious, but fairly new. It had a stovetop , microwave, and a refrigerator; however, no hair dryer. There’s a small market inside the building for drinks and snacks, a laundry machine, and several booths to work from in the lobby. A restaurant/bar was super close for food or drink and they’re open late too. I would stay here again for sure.

O apto da unidade Upper West Perdizes estava limpo e o ambiente é confortável. A unidade aparente/e é nova. O ponto negativo é que NÃO EXISTE estacionamentos particulares nas proximidades do Upper West. Conclusão, meu veículo ficou duas noites na rua !!!!

Ambiente ótimo. Funcional, prático, bonito e limpo. Viajei com minhas filhas (15 e 23 anos) para um show no Allianz Park. Fomos e voltamos andando. (Somente a porta blindex do chuveiro não fechava totalmente; sentimos falta de um espelho de corpo inteiro) No mais, tudo muito bom!

Gostei bastante. Localização muito boa e com fácil acesso. A única coisa que sugeriria seria colocar um ferro de passar roupa na acomodação. Sentimos muita falta! Muito bem equipada fora isso.

Al momento de hacer el check-in tuvimos que esperar un poco, pero las trabajadoras se portaron muy amables y con toda la predisposición para ayudar. Habitación Limpia, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, y electromesticos adicionales funcionales para la estadía como ser plancha y secadora.
