My one and only gripe with the property is the deposit which is normally $100 on credit cards. It was $300 here. A heads up would have been appreciated. Otherwise, all the positive adjectives apply.

It has an amazing lobby, you walk into an old church and easy access to the lifts, we stayed here to go to the pink concert at optus stadium quick uber and we were there so would be great for the football or concerts a like, we had a room with a balcony and veiw of the city you could hear traffic when your inside, we were also located close pubs and restaurants and even checked out the roof top bar at the quest hotel highly reccomend it

Reception tried to be friendly, little bit way over. Parking is no go, apparently limited spots; They don't have a rountine check after housekeeper works. Mrs end up have to do the dish when we arrived late; Staff is rude when we asked for laundry access on check out day.. Not worth it with the Customer Services experience

The room was too small. I like a plastic shower cap which Quest doesn’t provide. Room service doesn’t need to clean the room before 8.30 am. The roof top bar was closed most nights we were there.

Start with the plus side. Clean and tidy and very convenient for the city and transport links. Negative comments...paid extra to get an executive studio as they have balconies so I could sit out enjoying a cuppa in the morning and a glass of vino in the evening. Our view was of a carpark and a brick wall. Pointless having balcony rooms if that's your vista and charging handsomely for the "privilege". Room was small and there was some kind of Typhoon that kept coming through the room at night. The Roof Top bar was shut and there was no mention of this at booking as that would have made me choose a different hotel that you could actually dine at. Definitely not worth the price we paid and doubt we would stay again.

Easy to access from Airport and walk into the CBD and centre. Parking off site is close and reasonable cost and the 1 bed apartment was clean and great for our short stay.

Property in the centre of town but easy enought to walk to the roverside. 2 points of interest Elizabeth Quay and the Island bar/restaurant and Point Frazer. Easy to get some some of the stunning beaches along the coast. Transport via uber and train station all very reasonable priced. We stayed here to wind down before flyi g back to the uk. Hotel had a great rooftop bar/restaurant small menu however the pizzas 🍕 are a must delicious Great base to explore Perth Hotel clean with daily house keeping fresh towels daily if required. Very comfy beds which were required to rest weary heads
