It was a nice price for plenty of room. A little run down and dryer didn’t work too well and the surrounding rooms were quite noisy, not much to work with if you wanna use the kitchen to cook but overall it was nice. Friendly staff. Decent place

We’ve stayed here a couple times before and it’s really a great location. The office folks are great as well. For late check-in, call ahead for instructions so it’s easier for you and them upon your arrival.

I am not one to leave reviews but this needed to be left. I stayed here while down for Bike Week 2022. The staff was extremely friendly up to and during my stay. The room was clean, all appliances that we used worked great, and the location is hard to beat given what we were there for. I can absolutely say that when booking for next year, this will definitely be my go to first choice.

The villas are much larger than I was anticipating. Plenty of space and a unique, but great layout. The whole unit including the bedding was very clean, and it smelled pleasant when I walked in. The in unit laundry machines were great as I was there for a few days and was able to wash a load of clothes. Parking is spacious and you park right in front of your unit. The check in process was very easy, I was arriving after check in hours and received a call with detailed instructions to receive the keys to my unit, along with a list of how to checkout, local urgent care phone numbers, etc. Overall my stay was amazing! Very quiet little neighborhood, so I was able to get some good rest.

I’ll pass next time!

We had to put our home/boat in the yard for some work. I needed a clean, comfortable and quiet place to rest. I wasn’t asking for much, this place was uncomfortable as heck. Not enough hot water even for a shower much less a bath. They put us in the building right next to all the new construction. So when I came back exhausted, I got to listen to hammering and loud music: not fun. Honestly I didn’t think a place could let me down cause I wasn’t looking for much. I read the reviews and it sounded good. Those reviews must be old because the bed was so uncomfortable I had to get up and move around so it didn’t hurt so much. So in short, they aren’t bad condos really if they had put me away from the construction, if they had newer beds and furnishings to sit on and relax, if I could have had a hot shower/bath.

So convenient with washer, dryer, kitchen! Very large area! The staff are so accommodating and friendly. Covered porch with outdoor furniture and picnic area. Temperature could be a bit cooler. Air at 72 in this 98 degree weather just didn’t cut it for this northern girl! Great location with so much to do very near by. Would recommend for the price for a larger family. All the comforts of home. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful. Nice, quiet, and pretty clean for the most part. Nearby dining, shopping and activities for the kids. Was there for a basketball tournament in Myrtle Beach with 3 kids, 3 adults. More than enough room in the 3 bed/2 bath. Would definitely book again.

I liked that it was close enough to the beach that we got there quickly but offered a quiet safe neighborhood to rest. Everything was clean and plenty of space for 8 of us. The full kitchen was equipped so I didn't have to take anything with me.

Check in was very easy. Alyssa and Jim was very helpful explaining everything that I needed to know about the property, services offered, where everything was located on the property and recommendations for entertainment etc. My unit was spotless and there were no issues throughout my entire stay. the indoor pool was a plus. This property is also located near plenty of restaurants and Walmart. I would highly recommend staying here with or without an entire family.
