Hôtel bien placé, proche des gares et du centre ville. Basique, petit plus d’avoir une kitchenette. Petit déjeuner décevant avec peu de choix. Si vous êtes placés côté gare, on entend les annonces pour les trains, fenêtres fermées.

The location was very good 👍 close to the EUROSTAR, the reception were accommodating and ensures safety of goods left in the luggage area 👍 the room was well equipped with tea, coffee, kettle 😀 and all the equipment to make you feel at home. Well laid out as well. And everything worked. Reception were very kind, patient, helpful, smile all the time and humble. Thanks for a lovely time in Lille

L'établissement est très bien situé entre les gares de Lilles Flandres et milles Europe. J'ai obtenu un tarif très convenable pour une chambre/studio 4 personnes. L'état est général est moyen. En résumé, le tarif est très abordable au regard de l'emplacement, cela permet de relativiser sur le reste.

La totalité du sol en lino de l'appartement était extrêmement sale et le sol collant. Le lit d'appoint (canapé) n'avait pas de drap du dessus, le drap du dessous et les couverture étaient sales. Le drap du dessous avait une trace de sang !!! La réception fermée et pas joignable. Inadmissible. Le lendemain, la jeune fille présente à la réception ne savait pas quoi faire / dire. Je souhaite également être contacté par Hotels.com, mais impossible de trouver une adresse mail ou n° de téléphone correspondant à mon besoin.

DÉCEPTION DU SERVICE BAGAGISTE

Juste de passage pour un concert au zénith de Lille. Arrivée tard et partie tôt. Je n’ai pas de commentaire spécial sur l’établissement vu le temps passé. En revanche je trouve PAS NORMAL que ne puisse pas déposer mon sac à dos de taille moyenne à l’hôtel JUSTE pendant quelques heures pour faire un tour au marché de Noël ! Je ne viens plus jamais à cette adresse !
