Absolutely shocking not sure why you are representing them. Sent emails and also contacted them to give them the chance to reply and make things right however they failed. Not wasting any more time with them.

We got a nice upgrade, and thanks very much for that. However, the reception forgot to email the check-in instruction for late night check-in, hence we got into a hassle with the security guy. But he was finally helpful in getting us inside.

Great location

The hotel is in perfect location, it is between Flanders and Europe stations, a part of Westfield where there is large amount of shops. Around 5 min walk to old town. The room is spacious and it was clean. The shower is quite small, no hair dryer, iron available on request. Reception does not work after 10pm and noone was there between 12.00-13.00h. Hotel provides fully functioning kitchen as well as luggage storage services. TV only in french but there is free, fast wifi. Strange thing that I never experienced is that you need to throw your rubbish otherwise you will get fined quite hefty.

Avoid this place

Very poor cleaning conditions, definitely needs a touch up. Also, they did not prepare the spare bed, nor provided the additional sheets and pillow for such bed. Although the location was quite convenient, would not come back.

Very tatty accommodation without any aircon. Extremely hot in the room and very noisy from the train station and street noise when keeping window open despite being on 12 floor. Lots of things damaged in the room, filthy stained toilet, stains on floor, bed frame damaged. Would not recommend this place.

Je suppose qu'il y a eu un souci dans la prĂ©paration de la chambre: pas assez de bouteilles d'eau ni de savon et surtout les draps du canapĂ© n'avaient pas Ă©tĂ© changĂ©s ! Ca arrive mais impossible d'en avoir des propres le soir et lendemain on m'a jetĂ© des draps propres dans la chambre sans faire le lit ni mĂȘme reprendre les anciens draps sales ! Pas de rĂ©action Ă  l'accueil, ni de rĂ©ponse Ă  mes mails ou messages depuis maintenant 15 jours. Franchement trĂšs limite.

L'hÎtel est vraiment bien situé, pas besoin de voiture une fois sur place, tout est à proximité. Les chalbres sont propres et bien insonorisées. Le seul point negatif pas de parking.

Ascenseur trĂšs bruyant empĂȘchant de dormir. L'hĂŽtel annonce avoir des places de parking mais en a seulement 6 alors ce qui est dĂ©risoire par rapport au nombre de chambres. ObligĂ© d'aller se garer chez un confrĂšre plus loin. Lit avec matela sale et draps non adaptĂ©. Je ne retournerai plus dans cet hĂŽtel et hĂŽtel.com ferait bien de faire le point avec le propriĂ©taire.
