I had such an easy checkin with a spacious room and the most comfy bed! There’s also a convenient store just a minute’s walk and easy location to grab a Tuk Tuk or Grab. I would definitely book again.

It's close proximity to Terminal 21 makes it convenient to go shopping. The BTS/MRT is also within walking distance to the property. Environment is quiet despite being near the shopping area. The soi is a bit dark but pretty safe. As there is a small kitchenette/pantry in the room, the oily smell lingers. Thankfully the room is clean and well maintained so that is great. The room is also spacious and comfortable.

I always love staying here at Citadines Soi 16. Over the past 20 years I’ve never had a stay that I didn’t enjoy. It’s a great place with an excellent staff. Highly recommended.

I liked the room style, but it had some wear and tear. The towels and some of the linens were well used. Also the pool was closed and the only compensation was to use one of the other branches pools, which was definitely inconvenient. The best thing about the hotel was its location. Also I'd recommend that the hotel gets rid of the breakfast voucher and just has the guest give their room number.

2 star hotel with 4 star prices. Shabby, poor.

Below average 3 star hotel with 4 star prices. Location is terrible and building has no character or views. Rooms are shabby. AC only has one setting, extremely cold. Bfast was indifferent and restaurant was staffed by an old aggressive waitress/hostess who was generally clueless and demanded coupons for each visit. This was a way below average experience and booking the hotel was a mistake.

Perfect hotel, area is great and safe. walking distance to Terminal 21. Fruit stands, a 24hr supermarket and 7 eleven all within a 5 minute walk. The hotel is clean. Laundry machines onsite. Roof top Pool, nice. also a small gym. Breakfast is very good also. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel but it's starting to show wear and tear in some areas and my floor reeked of cigarette smoke. This hotel is still an excellent value for the money, love the little pool, the gym and the kitchenette. Room was still in good shape and was clean. Foodland supermarket is close by, and taxis and ride shares were readily available.

Close to activities. Grocery store, Pharmacy and combined 24 hr. restaurant within 1 block of property. Only negative was that the sun only hit the pool, because of taller buildings, till 11:30 am.
