    Great staff, easy check in. We only stayed one night as it was an emergency stop over. The room was more than large! 2 bedrooms, sitting area, with TV, good sized kitchen and very comfortable. You could easily stay here many nights and enjoy your stay. Pleasant, friendly staff.

    Nice, big and clean apartment hotel service.

    We spend the new year's eve nite in executive 3bedrooms, the room was very complete, clean, and big. Overall it is a very good apartment hotel service with nice staffs, except they don't have enough parking space, so we have to parked quite far and lack of lighting in the swimming pool area.

    Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with fridge, kitchen, washing machine, iron etc. The traffic in the morning is extremely congested and it took 40 min to go from the hotel to the main road.

    Upon arrival I was given 2 rooms that did not match at all the pictures shown on expedia. I complained and was told that there were renovated rooms but available at an additional cost. I said this was misleading based on the pictures they use to promote their property. I was given one room without charge and the other at a charge. Those "renovated" rooms were in better condition and closer in appareance to the ones published.

    Big and nice apartment but bad service

    We arrived at the hotel around 10 am after a long flight and we were very tired. The girl in the recipiention was so unhelpful. She refuse to let us check in until 2 pm.
