Great quiet, relaxing place to stay... close to very nice beach. Steep hillside location great for ocean views, not so good for people with mobility issues. Nice clean property, clean refreshing pool. Great place to stay if you have rented or have a vehicle.

What's not to like, Clean & Friendly

The bungalow accommodation was lovely very clean, the food in the restaurant was very tasty. Daniel gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and was very helpful in arranging transport to airport. The surrounding grounds and pool are well kept. The gorgeous clean beach and little food outlets for lunch are just down the hill within walking distance. We highly recommend having your own transportation as the hills are very steep. Lovely relaxing setting

Beautiful, peaceful place with cute, spacious bungalows teeming with nature and incredible views. The local band on the Sunday afternoon with dancing was brilliant. Can't recommend it enough.

The staff was incredibly rude not just to myself but to my young children. They attempted to charge me double threatened me if I didn't CLEAN my own room and take out the garbage far away they would charge me extra saying it would happen automatically via expedia that they have my credit card (they did not in fact have my card info). There's NOTHING in the area as for grocery or shopping and it's a 25 euro at least cab to the nearest town or a hike up a dangerous hill for a bus. Do not recommend this place at all.

Daniel, Ocean, Lindy and all at Paradis de L'Anse made my stay wonderful.Daniel is one of the best chefs & I've lived in Manhattan, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Many years, all of them.Order either of the 2 steaks... Magnificent! As was all else. Please know that Sundays, guests must reserve for the buffet luncheon & no dinner Sun Night & closed Monday. The view from my room was as incredible as the location. NOTE: It is a very steep location as a result, with many stone steps up & down. If one has disabilities I believe Daniel will find a way to oblige guests, but it is not easy to & from the rooms w best views, nor to the beach. But worth it!

Cheap but dirty and full of cockroaches

We rented 2 apartments for 1 week. The rooms were spacious but not cleaned well when we arrived. There we’re dirt and hair on the floor of people who rented the apartment before. There was no cleaning service during our stay, not even fresh towels. There’s only on small rubbish bin in the bathroom. Both apartments are full of cockroaches - dead and alive ones. The bed is comfortable. Air condition were only working in one of the apartments properly. The ti punch as a welcome drink was really good and the food in the restaurant is als good. The pool areas is clean. Unfortunately the Wifi isn’t working most of the time. The stuff was mostly nice. All in all we don’t recommend this accommodation

Ok for base but you need a car!

Arrived. Phoned landlord for access code to property. Handyman greeted me. Room - basic but clean. Included fridge and 2 ring electric hob and kitchen sink, plus 1 1/2 rolls of cheap toiler roll for 5 nights/6 days. Based on a sharp hill. Car parking interesting but always left car in gear. Swimming pool compact but ok. The hill up and down from restaurant was very steep, so worth baring in mind if you have any mobility issues. Internet didnt work for 2 days. On arrival the restaurant was closed. Landlord told me i could have a choice of 1 meat or 1 fish and I would have to take it to my room or eat alone in restaurant (I had already booked a dinner and breakfast in advance of arriving). Dinner was good. Never ate another meal there as restaurant often totally closed. The venue is a good place for basic location to other areas but you need a car. I was surprised to told by cleaner on day of leaving that I needed to take all my house hold rubbish with me and, if so, I would be welcomed again. I would stay at the the venue again - as I think it is ideal for exploring and within budget! I went to settle my bill on leaving and asked to wait for landlord as on phone. After a good 15 mins after he finished his phone call he instructed a member of staff to tell me how much I owed. He never said thank you for your custom or goodbye.... Felt a little disappointed by that! Love Martinique overall.

La vue de notre chambre(1) était incroyable . Un beau grand balcon. Par contre nous avons souffert de puces de lit. Aucun moustiquaire sur les auvent. Nous avions des moustiques tous les soirs. Le trajet pour s'y rendre est trÚs sinueux et montagneux. La propriété est sur falaise ce qui donne un stationnement difficile. A éviter sauf pour les athlÚtes et pilote.

Un véritable paradis

J'ai sĂ©journĂ© 3 nuits au Paradis de l'Anse. L'accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs aimable, le patron est surtout au restaurant du mĂȘme nom, situĂ© Ă  100m. Étant seul, j'ai pris une chambre, et elle se trouvait ĂȘtre pile en face de la mer, vue imprenable sur l'Ance Figuier. Pour arriver Ă  l'hĂŽtel, il faut une voiture qui supporte les cĂŽtes abruptes, et ĂȘtre Ă  l'aise dans le maniement de l'embrayage... La chambre est assortie d'une terrasse couverte avec table et chaises, un sĂ©jour (avec canapĂ©, tĂ©lĂ©, ventilateur, kitchenette, micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, Ă©vier, robinet et couverts), une salle de bain (avec toilettes, douche, vasque cet robinet) et la chambre elle-mĂȘme avec climatisation et une armoire de rangement.

TrĂšs déçu ! J'ai vraiment eu l'impression de m'ĂȘtre fait avoir. L'appartement Ă©tait censĂ© offrir une vue sur la mer. Soyons clairs, il y a bien une vue, mais elle est obstruĂ©e par des arbres. On nous a dit que "la mer se verrait mieux aprĂšs l'Ă©lagage"
 En rĂ©alitĂ©, cet appartement est mal situĂ©, probablement le pire de toute la rĂ©sidence. Il semblerait que cet appartement soit rĂ©servĂ© principalement aux clients venant de sites comme Expedia, mais ça n’est qu’une impression basĂ©e sur les avis des autres clients. Il a fallu batailler pour pouvoir changer d’appartement ! Finalement, on nous a donnĂ© un appartement juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du restaurant. Concernant la chambre Elle a besoin de rĂ©novation urgente. Les joints sont sales, le frigo est trĂšs vieux et rouillĂ©. L’isolation est inexistante et, Ă  cause de fĂȘte bruyante organisĂ©e au restaurant, il est impossible de dormir avant 1h du matin. (14 fĂ©vrier orchestre de l’hĂŽtel) À savoir pour les futurs touristes : Nous avons payĂ© 74€ de taxe de sĂ©jour, soit 2€ de plus que prĂ©vu, simplement parce que nous n'avons pas voulu payer en espĂšces. C’est clairement une arnaque. L’endroit est vieillot, les appartements manquent cruellement d’entretien, et je dĂ©conseille vivement cet hĂŽtel aux personnes ĂągĂ©es ou Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite. C'est un hĂŽtelier qui rĂ©serve ses pires chambres pour les clients des sites de rĂ©servation en ligne. Si il ne veut pas jouer le jeu, il n’a qu’à ne pas s’y inscrire.
