Nice pool, decent breakfast, very big rooms and decent kitchens with big fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle. Towel and linen changes could be with being more regular than once a week

We decided to stay slightly out as wanted a pool in the hot days. Lovely apartment very clean and great for families as very spacious. Pool was great after site seeing, staff super helpful and large fridge for drinks too at reception and in room. Also added bonus fantastic restaurant next door to hotel which had great local food and very reasonable prices, ate two out of three nights. Overall worked really well getting into town on bus or metro super easy.

Le plus est la proximité de la gare et des transports en communs. La bagagerie est très pratique également Le côté negatif mais ce sont des details : seulement 2 dosettes a café dans la chambre, pas de thé ou tisane pour le premier jour. Il faut reserver la piscine, je trouve sue c'est dommage de prévoir ce temps de détente lorsque l'on est en vacances. Si on flâne dans les rues de Rome, on a pas forcément envie de regarder lheure pour rentrer a l'hôtel et aller a la piscine. L'appartement était plus propre que la première fois où nous y sommes allés

Great location, right next to Roma Balduina train, 2 stations away from Valle Aurelia where you can transfer to Linea A metro. Close to De Carolis avenue where routes can take you to centro storico and most attractions. Parking has an extra cost, mattresses need an update. Nice balcony, pool, kitchen. 24 hr reception.

4 stelle? 2 possono bastare. Servizi inesistenti, non viene rifatta la camera ogni giorno, quindi non vengono cambiati gli asciugamani, a fine soggiorno bisogna portare in autonomia la spazzatura della propria camera nell’apposita area all’esterno. Fanno lasciare una cauzione di €50 anche se non esplicitato da nessuna parte. Camera vecchia con parecchi problemi di manutenzione, doccino intasato, odore di fogna in bagno, prese elettriche sfondate, ripiani consumati…

Tolle freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr hilfsbereit. Tolles großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Microwelle und Herd. Alles sehr sauber. Hotel ist 100 m vom Bahnhof Roma Balduina und 200 m von einer Bushaltestelle entfernt. Müll musste man aber selber nach draußen bringen. Hier wäre eine andere Lösung schöner, daher für Sauberkeit einen Punkt abzug.

발두나이나역 바로 옆이라 공항 및 로마시내 이동이 매우 편리합니다. 근처 편의점, 식료품점이 있어 이용하기 편합니다. 일부 주방시설있는 큰 룸은 여럿이 이용하기에 편리합니다. 바티칸시국은 걸어서 25분 거리입니다. 동네가 조용하고 깨끗해서 상쾌합니다. 무엇보다 가격대비 숙박비가 합리적입니다. 로마외곽 숙서로서는 최상입니다. 한국어하는 직원이 너무 친절합니다. 다만 'make up room' 서비스가 안되어 불편합니다.
