Can be improved.

The room general cleanliness is ok but I think the cleaning service can be improved. Some items were not replaced (bathroom floor mat), soap, some not cleaned, cabinet door not closed after cleaning. Water ponding after shower initially as the water trap filter was clot but the maintenance person arrive soon to resolve it. The swimming pool and gym was great.

new, convenient location. service with a smile... asked for the right adapter to your iron - took a lot of follow up. You should use room appliances that is of philippine voltage. No spare toilet paper - took many follow ups again left a mail for pick up; decided to get it back and the recorded slip had me (the sender) as the recipient so I was asked for my ID. Told them my passport is in my room and I am a hotel guest. Why do they need my ID? Then I noted that they placed my name as the mail collector Need proper training for the house staff & the front desk.

Nice room but bad experience

Room was clean and good, staff was polite but overall service was bad. My room's Wifi was so bad and unstable that I switched to 4G during my stay. Notified them on 3 separate occasions that the kettle don't work, nothing was done throughout my stay. Housekeeping didn't even bothered to clean the plate and cups and toiletries was not replenished. Got mistakenly woken up at 5:30am by receptionist...not happy! Breakfast was ok but rather limited. On 3 out of 4 days, the utensils was dirty, and on one occasion it even have leftover food on it, so that tells the story. Staff just quietly changed it as if nothing happened. Not what was expected of a Citadines brand of apartment. Shame because I do like the room.

Room is very cosy n comfortable. Spacious n having a kitchen is good. Strategically located near shopping mall. Idea for business n family. Very helpful n friendly staff. Will surely return.

A memorable overnight staycation

We were amazed by how huge the available space is in the three-bedroom suite. There were some items available in the suite that we found very useful during our stay there such as the dining utensils as well as some appliances like the huge fridge and washing/drying machine. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Patience staffs and new apartment

Great stay. Excellent service quality from the staff. Walking distance to Robinson Mall that has a lot of shopping and dining options. The only thing I’d have changed is a heated pool as it was freezing cold. Also provide in-hotel eating options. Breakfast is ok so-so.

Location of property was nice. Room was a good amount of space. Complimentary breakfast was alright, food selection was simple. My only complaint was the street noise that you can hear loud even from the 31st floor. The noise isolation is not the best and you can hear all the sounds of traffic.
