Good choice and value for a family holiday

We didnā€™t realise there is no daily housekeeping and that toiletries wonā€™t be replenished. That we had to bring our own toilet paper, shampoo, body wash etc. Good thing there is a shop that sells them. The carpet smelt of a dog. Other than the main bedroom the other rooms donā€™t have a TV. The water chute is fun even for adults. Unfortunately a kid pooped in the swimming pool and it had to be closed for hours for cleaning that might not even help. The gym is small but adequate. The restaurant is pricey and food so so.

Really enjoyed our stay at Regal Oaks.

The 2 bedroom townhouse was clean with very comfortable beds. Staff service was excellent. The dishwasher was found choked with dirty water one night after our return from a day at Disneyland. Called the resort maintenance the next morning and the dishwasher was already fixed when we came back that same night. As there are no free shuttles to any attractions and the resort is rather far from the main road, a car is necessary for a stay at the resort.

Our unit was 2600 Bungatti and if you get this unit beware it was kinda outdated there was no hot water for the shower in the master bedroom and our hot tub was cold so we didnā€™t even get to enjoy it and for 275 a night not even worth it very disappointed and will never be going here ever again

I would recommend this property! Just be sure you townhome is not on the side close to Old Town. The townhouse was great and could easily have held 8. We were 6. But they definitely need attention. The carpet on the stairs and in the rooms is absolutely awful and must be replaced. The dryer vent was leaking into the house so the washer/dryer cabinet was filled with lint and hot moist air when you ran it. The a/c vent on the stairwell was so dusty and needed a good scrubbing. These are maintenance things in my mind. For the price the condo was perfect for our family. Kitchen has all the basics. We brought many things from home because we cooked many meals and ended up buying a cutting board and basting brushes. Parking is right outside your door. Easy walk to old town which has restaurants and really is just fun to see. Within a 10 minute drive you have grocery stores, many restaurants and Target or Walmart. We also ubered from the airport and got our rental at Old Town the next day. The cherry on top is the beautiful heated salt water pool! They do have a water slide but it did not ever seem to be open the week we stayed. We also had a hot tub in our yard which the kids loved. It was lovely to have this extra space with dinning table outside. The front desk staff were friendly but did not offer any extra info beyond checking us in. We would recommend and stay again!

Over all the property was in good shape , however with this being a mix of permanent residents and vacation houses we had the wonderful view of old mattressā€™s , box springs and old bbqs in our back yard . Their was zero landscaping in the area behind the house leaving if full of decaying leaves and dying trees . The hot tub was to dirty to use until they came and cleaned it at which point it was still very dirty but the maintenance man did do his best so that we had it available and not down for several days The pool was heated and clean which was plus , the food was okay but with the cabana being understaffed you would be waiting 45mins to 1 hr for drinks and food . Not sure if it was just our luck of placement because other areas of the property seemed nicer and cleaner .

Great property! Only 10 to 15 minutes from all the theme parks. Super clean. It was perfect to come home to a jacuzzi every night to soak in after a day walking.
