Quite close to Juso station. Commute to Umeda or namba is easy. Even commute to kyoto was easy. Few super markets and convenience stores nearby.

We booked two of the family lofts and they were a very good size compared to other hotels in the area. Juso station is very well connected for the Hankyu line, since all trains stop at Juso. We were able to get directly to Kyoto and Kobe without transferring. Transfer is required to get downtown Osaka but overall well situated.

Staff is friendly and responsive, close walk to the station and lots of food options on the way. 7-11 is right there which helps for when you come back late at night. There are a few bars and nightclubs close by, however I never noticed any disruptive noise. Great stay for tourists!

Stay was great overall! Checking in did not work and the receptionist had to come down to help us but she was able to get it working immediately. Room was clean and had all amenities needed.
