I really enjoted my stay here!! The room was super nice and i loved how big my balcony was! The staff was all super friendly and made me feel welcome! The food was delicious, although, they werent able to do a bit of the menu which was a little sad, but great nevertheless! The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is because my feet got pretty dirty if i walked around my room barefoot :(

To be fair to this place, this is a very unique type of establishment for lodging. it's neither a 5 stares hotel nor a boutique one..As a heavy traveler, I am in constant needs of full services establishments.

The apartment hotel is super nice. They were the only hotel that I was in that had a functional pool. My stay was nice, but I would say this place is great to stay at for relaxation. You definitely need a car because it is very far away from all the tourist attractions. The closest restaurant is a 15 minute walk away. It’s also located very deep into the Ain Diab so there aren’t many taxis around. Also, there is not much around. I was trying to find a place to buy water, and there were no stores around. It’s very much a residential area. I did feel safe walking around on my own though. Their breakfast was basic. If you have a lot of allergies, it might not be the best for you. The stuff on the menu was a bit pricey, but good. It’s not very soundproof, as I could hear a child crying next door and there was a fight that ensued in the dining area and I could hear it from across my room. Also, they say they have blackout curtains, but the curtains were still a bit see through so at times I felt uncomfortable getting changed as my room was right in front of the dining area, which was nice because I had a view of the pool, but still made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the staff are really nice and attentive, most of them spoke English, and the place was very well-kept. On the outside, it doesn’t look like much, but on the inside all of the rooms are very well renovated. I would stay here again to chill/relax.

J’ai séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel (8 nuits). L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre également, et l’ambiance est familiale. Le personnel de la restauration du matin (petit-déjeuner) est très professionnel, à l’écoute, aimable et serviable. Le service est vraiment de grande qualité, rien à dire à ce niveau-là. Le seul reproche que je peux faire concerne l’accès au spa, qui nécessite un supplément. Je trouve cela dommage vu le prix du séjour, d’autant plus que c’était la raison principale pour laquelle j’avais choisi cet hôtel. De plus, il n’y avait pas suffisamment d’ustensiles de cuisine dans la chambre, ce qui m’a obligé à sortir pour manger alors que j’aurais préféré pouvoir préparer certains repas sur place. Mais ensemble tres satisfaisant
