Property was clean and modern. We liked that there were eateries that were walking distance nearby, and also not a far drive to the city. Housekeeping was mostly good, only missed out towel change on 2/5nights. Loved that water was always replenished too! However hotel was pretty strict and inflexible on late checkout time even when travelling with an infant.

The Branksome Hotel is always welcoming, clean and comfortable. The Reception Manager is exceptionally professional and helpful. The Branksome is our number one choice for accommodation in Sydney.

The hotel is near to the airport, just a few minutes away from the domestic terminal. It is new, very clean and well-appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful. While you can't hear the planes taking off and landing, at times there is some noise from the airport as well as the trains that run just in front of the hotel on the airport side.

Awesome residences hotel, love the stuff provided

The hotel is located a short drive away from the airport, great if you are driving and just came out from a long flight. The hotel condition is very new, and the price is reasonable for the amenities they provide in the room. Executive studio Room comes with stylish kitchen, love the induction cooker, washing machine, dryer, combi oven, 2x TV, big balcony. And they are so thoughtful to provide liquid washing liquid, powder, sponge, detergent and all sort of stuff. Room is cosy and new, well layout. The balcony is huge and good for gatherings. One thing they don’t provide free parking (30aud per day), would be 110% if parking can be cheaper for guest staying more than 2 nights.

Stumbled across this hotel whilst searching for one to stay the night before an international flight. Very nice hotel and facilities. However I think the bars must not have much foot traffic, because anything carbonated we ordered was dead flat. Otherwise, was a good overall experience and would stay here again. Very close to domestic terminal and just a short drive to the international airport.

We love the Branksome Hotel because it's got a 5 star feel. We are from Perth and this was our second time staying there because of it's location and affordability, and we love the size, not too big, not too small. Everything about it is just right. It's very clean and just feels warm and cosy. Love the pool and gym, Nate's Restaurant, love the roof top bar. My husband always enjoys waking up early and going for a workout in the pool and gym. The staff are so friendly and very professional. We were disappointed the sauna was not working during our time there. Also, we had issues with the dryer and another time in another room a leaking fridge. Despite this the staff were very quick to attend to such matters with genuine care. We don't mind about such things but it's good to know the staff are very caring. We look forward to visiting the Branksome again in future. :):) :)

The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was so spacious for our family of two adults and two kids (8 and 4). The pool was sooooo stunning and the kids enjoyed the playground on site. The rooftop bar was relaxing for an evening drink and the planes were only noisy on one day of our three day stay. Earplugs are provided. The bed in one of the rooms was absolutely rock hard. Room service was excellent for breakfast and dinner.

Firm but Fair

Spacious, well appointed & clean apartment, convenient to domestic airport. Pool & gym are good. Big negative is the super hard bed - could not sleep on it. The only harder bed I've slept on is a bamboo matt on the floor of a mud hut in the H'mong hills in Thailand. I requested a mattress topper from housekeeping but it did not turn up, and had to chase up a $20 f&b credit, so communication can be improved.

The property, room and ammenities where all excellent expect for the fact that I wasn’t able to use my $20 VIP credit because their menu offered almost no plant based alternatives. Also we were not offered a room upgrade until a day after we had already checked in and settled into our room that we were very satisfied with. Finally, their sauna was out of order which was one of the main reasons why we chose to stay there.
