Farm complex consisting of a farmhouse, originally a 15th century lookout tower, a small 18th century church, a former barn (ITC829) and two independent rural buildings (ITC907+ 525). Besides the owner's house, in the main part there are also two beautiful semi-detached houses (ITC952 and ITC243); the barn is independent. The property has undergone an attentive and careful renovation, the furnishings are of optimal level, specially designed with a linear and bright design. Each accommodation unit has satellite TV and private equipped outdoor areas. Access to the house via gravel road 1 km long. Communal washing machine in an adjoining room. Comfortable furnishings. Baby cot on request. Beautiful location on the hills near Poggibonsi (3 km, stores of all kinds). Florence 40 km, Siena 25 km, San Gimignano 12 km.

Just perfect

Nice and perfectly outfitted rooms in a remote but close to the city area surrounded by wineyards and Olive trees. Just perfect.

Ruhiges, modernes Haus für 2 Person

Schöne Anlage am Hügel. Die Auffahrt ist für Sportwagen nicht geeignet. Lange Strecke über Feldweg. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und es ist ruhig. Tolle Aussicht. Küchenausstattung leider sehr spartanisch und abgenutzt. Im Haus roch es irgendwie unangenehm. Das Bett war komfortabel. Das Design hat uns sehr gefallen.

Wunderschönes Haus in wunderschöner völlig ruhiger Umgebung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Sehr schöne Umgebung und wunderschönes Anwesen. Das kleine Häuschen hat eine tolle Küche, ein wunderschönen Ausblick (besonders der Sonnenuntergang war immer großartig) und ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Nicola ist sehr freundlich und erklärt einem die Umgebung (Aktivitäten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, lokale Produzenten etc.). Es war wunderbar, dass wir auch unseren Hund mitbringen durften, der sich im riesigen Garten sehr wohlgefühlt hat. Im Herbst und Winter sollte man berücksichtigen, dass die Heizkosten extra verrechnet werden. Wir haben Anfang November für eine Woche nochmal 45€ bezahlt, je nach Verbrauch eben. War für uns kein Problem, da die Lage des Häuschens bereits unbezahlbar ist. Die Straße ist entsprechend der Ruhe auch etwas abenteuerlich, am besten von Norden kommen und nicht auf Google Maps verlassen! Wir haben definitiv vor, wieder zu kommen :)
