The location is simply amazing- being right by Kensington Gardens, the underground, multiple grocery stores, and plenty of shopping. While the apartment could benefit from a deep cleaning and some maintenance, it didn’t feel dirty or unsafe at all. It was well appointed with everything you need to make the place your home away from home.

Location, location, location! Short walk to tube station and buses into central London. Local shops, including M&S and Whole Foods. Good sized fridge, excellent washer/dryer and dishwasher. Very clean and comfortable beds with good storage. Big TV in living room where you can sign into your Netflix or Prime account to watch movies. Good shower pressure and clean bathroom. Overall great square footage for central London!

A Lovely Place to Stay!

We loved this flat so much. It was very comfortable - beds were cozy, and we loved its close proximity to shops, the tube, and lots of restaurants. We restocked any items like toilet roll as needed, but loved having a full kitchen and laundry!

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the apartment. We would book again. While the other reviews did mention issues with the lift, we were already accustomed to going up and down stairs. In the future, it might be good to alert customers about this issue. In general, the apartment meet all of our needs for a family of 5. The washing machine was another added perk. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had no issues with checking in and out. The person who checked us in was friendly and helped with my wife’s bag.

Great place to stay, located right next door to the Iranian embassy so there was lots of security! Apartment was clean with high ceilings and lots of space. Very new bathroom and style. Some plugs didn’t work but we just used the others. Everything else was amazing!

The location was wonderful. And the unit was quite nice. We had an unfortunate hiccup with check-in which led to some stress for us, but it all worked out. It would have been nice if there were a few more basics stocked in the kitchen. The only frying pan was teflon, but all of the utensils were metal. Overall, it was a really lovely stay. The air conditioning was very nice.

Really great location! Kensington high street is literally seconds from the doorstep. Nicely appointed appartement. Clean and modern. On the down-side, some of the furniture is a little tired (not the most comfortable sofa etc), kitchen isn’t very well stocked. This wasn’t a big deal for us. We would definitely stay again!

I loved the idea of this place! The location is fantastic and the communication and check-in process went very well for us. However, the apartment is in serious need of a thorough cleaning. The living room furniture is filthy, the bathrooms were dirty, there was food under the kitchen table. Some of the cabinets are in need to repair.

On the negative side we got only one key and since apartment was on a fifth floor someone would have to go down the stairs to open the door and climb back to fifth floor without the elevator. Disappointing Stay The apartment was generally not clean, and both the sofa and one of the four kitchen chairs were unusable. Communication with the property was extremely difficult — even after several requests, clean towels were not provided for all guests. Customer service was very poor, and they even claimed that previous written reports about the issues didn’t exist. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority for them.
