Perfect location & friendly staff

Perfect location close to Belle Artes & Historic Centre. 24 hour access with 24 hour security. Slightly shabby & dusty but generally clean. A small price to pay for the location. Staff spoke little English but were very helpful. We recommend La Opera restaurant just around the corner.

The location was perfect . All major attractions were within walking and/or short drive distance. Plenty of local eating options around the hotel. All major transportation options are available with a 5 minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions about food recommendations and attractions. Cons: housekeeping was not daily, sheets and towels were changed every 3 days. There is no Air Conditioning unit in room . However, they provided two portable fan units which helped beat summer heat . I will definitely recommend this place for someone traveling to city for first time.

La habitacion es silenciosa, tiene seguridad 24/7; esta Cerca de restaurantes , museos y trasporte. Tiene elevador. Tiene un holor terrible, el colchon es muy incomodo se sienten los resortes no logre dormir /descansar. Amenidades: jabon, shampo y crema , no cuenta con papel higienico El personal es amable.

Rente esta estancia por dos noches, la ubicación es céntrica y los guardias del edificios amables. Obviamente hay mucho ruido por que es el centro, no es anormal. Lo que si fue bastante extraño para mi, fue que en en la aplicación decia que la cama era King y cuando llegue, era una cama de matrimonial a queen, pero claramente no era King, llame pensando que era un departamento equivocado y me dijeron que la cama si era king cuando Obviamente no lo es. Yo media mas que la cama, y mido 1.68 cm. Los sillones estan manchados, no creo de suciedad, pero si se nota. Cuando llegamos tuvimos problemas para abrir la puerta ya que estaba atorada y la tarjeta no servia. Me dijeron que la administradora me llamaria, lo cual no paso. La estancia no es mala, pero no es lo mejor, y si tengo oportunidad de quedarme en un lugar mejor la proxima vez, lo haría.

Las habitaciones son bonitas y están muy bien equipadas, la estadía es cómoda. Lo malo es que el cobertor y una sábana tenían varias manchas naranjas no sé de qué cosa y una de las toallas de baño tenía grandes manchas amarillas, también el sofá cama estaba muy sucio. Creo que falta hacer mejor limpieza y procurar entregar cosas limpias.

Mi estancia fue agradable relación a la calidad y precio, equipado para lo que necesitaba y una limpieza aceptable. Lo que no me gustó es que los sillones tenían varias manchas poco agradables, y faltaba una buena aspirada. Por todo lo demás recomiendo mucho el lugar si por estancia corta o prolongada.
