We enjoyed our stay. The apartment size is big enough for 6 pax. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom was a little too cold though during winter.

Probably one of the biggest places I've stayed in japan, although there is no daily housekeeping services (they still change your towels and clear the thrash daily). Place was very new and in a relatively good location.

Spacious room and convenient location. Alot of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Nijo castle too! There is a kid play area at the reception. They even offered a pair of bedroom slippers for my kid, with child toothbrush and toothpaste. Very mid friendly indeed.

I love Mimaru. Its the 2nd Mimaru that i've stayed. Its perfect for big group of family. Front desk staffs are very friendly. and easy communicate with English.

Love the washing machine and dryer inside the room which was really helpful for long stays. We have enough space for a family of 5. We have everything we need like cutleries and cups, etc. You can also borrow a toaster for your ice cream (yes, toasted japanese ice cream) Staff can speak English. Harry was very helpful and friendly, he made things easy for us. Joy was helpful as well. They replace the towels everyday. They dont really clean after 3 days but they do replace the bedsheets so it's an ideal place for short stay. Location is okay as we had access to supermarket, bus stops and train stations, might not be ideal walk for small children. We don't mind staying here again.

Our family LOVED our day at Mimaru. We would stay here again in a heart beat!! It doesn’t have the amenities of a big hotel but it had what we needed which is a great room with bonuses like a bunk bed for the kids and a washing machine, big windows and kitchen! The bedding was comfortable as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in a family room! The room was spacious, clean and well equipped, the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, there is a wonderful selection of restaurants closeby. We walked mostly everywhere as this is quite central which was fantastic. Highly recommend!
