Close place to the beach. Elevators are shared by multiple properties so can take awhile at times. Waited 15 mins for the receptionist to show up to the front desk. No one was there

The location was great. Basically across the street from the beach. The only drawback to this property is the elevators, they are busy and slow (with cleaning people).

Wonderful place, close to the beach! 😊

The experience was great. Really close to beach and night market. Peaceful during the night, clean and the place is so comfortable to stay, I couldn’t recommend it better. Also there is stove and washing machine and microwave, so if you don’t feel like going out and eating out, you can actually stay in and cook for yourself.

Good value and nice stay overall.

Nice apartment, great location next to beach, good kitchen but very few kitchen utensils supplied. Good overall stay, only slight issues were having to ask for toilet paper almost daily and only being given 1 roll each time for a 2 week stay, only being given 1 large towel and some towels had stains, reception did not understand english well, and on the last day we had to wait over 15 minutes for the lift as it was busy. With just a few small improvements it would be excellent. Still a good stay over all and good value

Good clean. Close to beach. Cooking available.

Close to beach- right next to LCT. All shops are in vicinity. Clean room. Kitchen with utensils so good for simple cooking. Actually this is part of huge officetel so very pact in elevator always. And room door shows which hotel belongs. Very unique style in this Haeundae, lots of hotels running like this concept using residence for hotel kind. Over all good convenient at this fancy price!

Property is close to Haeundae Beach-great location. Having a washer & dryer was a big bonus! The elevators were very slow so spent a lot of time waiting. The gentlemen at the front was not very friendly either. He seemed irritated when I asked a question.

Highly recommend staying here

The first night we checked in, I noticed the bedding sheets were a little dirty. So I told front desk, and they were very prompt in having housekeeping come up immediately to change our sheets. The room was clean and perfect if you’re looking to be within budget. Also, it’s in prime location in between all the expensive hotels and the best part is that it’s within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and most attractions. The front desk staffs and other staffs are very kind and accommodating. Overall, our stay was great and I highly recommend staying here. My sister and I approve of this place as a great place for foreigners to stay.
