Beautiful views. Great customer service. Was treated very well and they were great with my food allergies. The Ridge is more exclusive than the regular Playa Grande. But you have full access to Playa Grande if you want. Plenty of pools, restaurants and walking distance to the Marina.

This is a pretty nice property that is close enough to the Marina, etc. to walk. The rooms are nice and clean and it is fairly quiet here. All the staff is friendly and helpful. If you don't get the all-inclusive option it is fairly expensive to eat here and there are not that many options to choose from. It is close enough to walk to town and eat there for about half of the price (or less)

We stayed at the Ridge for just two nights. Our room was great! Right by the pool and amazing view of the marina. I know some people complain about the noise from the street side but we could not hear anything with the doors closed. Having access to playa grande pools was a plus. The breakfast buffet was really good.

We stayed at The Ridge at Playa Grande. Picturesque and exquisitely beautiful. The spa is pricey, however top notch. Staff was very respectable, approachable and responsive. Housekeeping especially - impeccable and on point the entire trip (we stayed 6 days, all inclusive package). Absolutely worth the price - the Ridge is more of a retreat as it is very peaceful and quiet. However the main resort of Playa Grande has activities everyday for a great change of pace/those travelers who also enjoy festive stays.

We've stayed at The Ridge many times, and the overall property is beautiful. Unfortunately it seems like they're slipping on maintaning the rooms. The drawers didn't close properly, knobs fell off cabinets repeatedly, remote for the tv didn't work, the shower pressure was pitiful, there was a thick layer of dust in one area of the living room, no extra blankets. Even though we booked a "presidential suite" we were placed in a low elevation unit with views straight into that back of neighboring businesses (and the marina over the top). It was loud late at night with music, and early in the morning with street noise. Even the general grounds seemed to be lacking a bit of care. The good: The spa was amazing. Don't miss the Temezcal Ritual experience! The pool and surrounding views are like no other.

Love the location and how The Ridge is built. The biggest issue we had surrounded the water. For the first two days the water was BROWN. One to two inches in the sink and you could not see the bottom. It looked BROWN coming out of the shower. You could feel it. It was also very cold. At the beginning of our stay and the end, water temp was 89 degrees (at the peak). Often it was way less than that. Previous trips to this same location did not have either of these issues. Water might have hit the high 90's in the middle. We were told to let the water run for 20 minutes or more before taking a shower or bath (by those that serviced our room). Well, I don't often have 20 extra minutes to wait when I need to go somewhere...having returned from sweating for a few hours.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ridge at Playa Grande in Cabo San Lucas, and I can confidently say that it was an awesome experience. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the sheer beauty of the surroundings and the impeccable service that accompanied it. The resort itself is a luxurious oasis nestled above the breathtaking landscapes of Cabo. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed by the friendly staff, who made me feel like a valued guest from the very beginning. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. Jesus was kind and gracious and provided all around excellent service, even finding me at dinner to return a coverup that I unknowingly dropped on the lobby floor. The accommodations at The Ridge at Playa Grande are nothing short of extraordinary. My room was a true haven of comfort and elegance, with stunning views of the marina and beyond stretching as far as the eye could see. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was remarkable – from the plush bedding to the fixtures, every aspect was carefully curated to ensure a lavish and relaxing experience. The rooms was large, with one bedroom, two murphy beds, sofa and two baths. The resort's amenities left me with no shortage of things to do. Whether I was lounging by the infinity pool, playing on the waterslide with my kiddo, exploring the property, or indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment, every moment was a rem

Hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Jorge and Jose. They made sure we had everything we needed at the pool. Monday Mexican Fiesta party was very entertaining. We definitely go back. We were to stay 3 nighrs at msin hotel and 2 at the Ridge. They upgraded us to the Ridge all week to avoid not having to change rooms. Stay was great!
