Kinfauns is a perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy. It is a stunning architect designed house designed around a contemporary interpretation of traditional rural style, with a strong emphasis on relaxation, comfort and convenience, nestled in the beautiful natural environment of Yallingup Hills. Connection to the outside enables visitors to be immersed in the natural environment whether inside or outside with regular visits from kangaroos and many birds of the diverse bird life of the southwest of Western Australia.
Kinfauns is very well appointed with WiFi connection.
The main house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The centerpiece is the open plan living, dining, kitchen area. Spacious and beautifully appointed featuring a living area with TV, DVD and Bose entertainment system, eco fire open fireplace, expansive dining table and fully equipped kitchen with a chefs stove and double oven. Wide sliding doors open onto a large alfresco deck with an electrolux BBQ, perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
The house is designed around passive solar heating and cooling, but also has ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.
A self contained Guest Suite sleeping two people, with bathroom, lounge, TV, DVD, and kitchenette with reverse cycle air conditioning is also available as additional accommodation at an additional cost.
Kinfauns is conveniently located a few minutes walk between Petra and Yallingup Wood Fired Bakery, five minutes drive from Yallingup General Store and less than 10 minutes drive from Dunsborough. Only a few minutes away from the many wineries, restaurants, bush walking trails, bike trails, beaches and surf spots of the region.
