We had a great time at the property. It was very conveniently located and superbly equipped. Very suitable for our family and young children. Looking forward to staying again.
It was a perfect destination for 5 ladies to have a quiet break amongst the trees.

The house was very comfortable and roomy for a family reunion.. the setting is so peaceful and beautiful with lovely galleries and restaurants nearby.
A perfect holiday.
A great house for 3 couples to go away for the weekend Plenty of space and enjoyed it being centrally located for the Margaret River Open Art Studio weekend. All the amenities were great and we especially liked the birds in the morning.
Beautiful property with gorgeous views. The beds and couches were so comfy, and had great spaces for board games and family shenanigans. Would’ve loved pantry space to properly store items for our 11 night stay for 5 of us, but made do with some of the smaller cupboards and a drawer, and the two fridges was kinda nice for extra storage of perishables. Kate was also super helpful, easily approachable and contactable. Definitely recommend and would be keen to return again
We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The location was ideal for accessing beaches, shopping & eateries. The setting was lovely, being on a spacious block, surrounded by trees. Our host was amazing & I really appreciated how easy she was to communicate with & how attentive she was to our needs & the info we required. Thanks for letting us hire your beautiful home, we’ll be back!

Thanks very much for your kind review Leah. We’d love to have you back. Kate
The property was of a high standard and accommodated 4 couples comfortably. Very clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable and communication with manager can’t fault.
A family of adults spent a week in this lovely house. It was well equipped, in particular the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more! The bedrooms were well set out and comfortable, with warm bedding and electric blankets for the cool nights. The kitchen and living area were warm, comfortable and homely and a lovely place for us to gather, along with the decking (when the weather was suitable). The location was lovely; peaceful and quiet, set on a large block amongst the trees with birds and kangaroos regular visitors. Kate was a very attentive host. Nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Kate's home to other large groups.

Needs a little love.
Enjoyed our stay as it was 2 doors away from a Birthday on the Saturday night. The outdoor furniture was not set up and as it was heavy it was too inconvenient to move and use and put it back as the instructions stated. The other stays house we attended the outdoor furniture was all set up and beautiful linen included in the price. The linen which we had to pay extra for did not fit the King size bed. I'm sure it was only Queen flat sheets as they did not tuck in. At $20 a person they should be proper fitting sheets. Kitchen well equipped and a great size. One kitchen door was broken and was in urgent need on repair as it fell off every time opened. The house was very sparsely furnished and decorated. It could benefit from some decorating at the price charged per night.
Beds were comfy.

Thank you for your comments Leanne and sorry the house was not to your liking. I have organized to have the kitchen cupboard door fixed, and passed on the comments about linen to our property manager. I am glad you found the beds comfortable. Kate
This is a really spacious house, fantastic for two families set in a rural area with lots of Roos. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for big groups and the log burner made even the large living room space very cosy on the cooler night. I found that the messages on the VRBO app didn’t always ping through obviously (probably my settings) but I do advise others to check their settings as Kate kept messaging me and I didn’t see it quickly.
Just perfect for 5 older females getting together for a catch up
Property was perfect for our needs. Lots of space to hang out altogether or go to other parts of the house for "me time". Very clean, well stocked with crockery & cutlery. Lots of cut wood logs for the fire. We all thought it was a great place to stay. The bar has been set for our next get together
Second time at this fab property. We’ll be back again next year!
Has everything you need, is very well maintained and great communication with the manager.
Perfect house for couples anything we needed. Kate us a great host even left us a local bottle of wine and coffee pods to get us going…….thank you !!

Great for Family Group
Lovely location; 10 mins to beach and 10 mins to Dunsborough. Grounds needed attention - and disappointment that there is no stream on the property as pictured - but it was good to have space. Very peaceful. The house was large and well equipped. It would have been useful to have a pantry. Finding space for our supplies took some juggling of spaces in cupboards and drawers. The beds were comfortable and the aircon in the family area much appreciated, though it was very hot in the bedrooms. The furniture was in good condition and the spacious and light family area totally lovely. We would visit again.
