The room had an awful smell and wasn’t clean. The whole upstairs reeked of cigarettes and the neighbours who I believe were hosted by the same people were extremely noisy. The beds were rock solid with thin sheets. The rooms lacked everything you could need and think would be provided. The shower pressure was so weak and would go cold after 2 minutes. I hate writing bad reviews but I also hate that people think this is okay to put people up in. If you want somewhere that you know you just need to lay your head down, then this is the place.

The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far.

Terrible experience and terrible owner

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had traveling. The owner was very unresponsive, the check in "method" was just terrible (go to a local store, the shop keeper there is confused and not sure what to do, feel like you have to haggle for the keys), then get to the apartment to be hit with the strongest smells that cause immediate headaches. Try to call the owner and they do not respond unless they are trying to contact you. They do not answers calls, text, whatsapp messages, emails, or anything. They send me a text, I immediately replied, and never received any reply back. Just a terrible experience in a very sketchy, not-safe feeling part of town. Save you money and skip this

Bahnstation in der Nähe. Achtung, am Mittwoch kann man vor dem Haus nicht parken, da Wochenmarkt und daher Straße als Parkverbotszone!

Appartement bien situé quartier calme à 30 mn du centre en tram. Literie confortable mais étroite. apparement vieillot mal équipé, mal éclairé (une ampoule cassée sur les 2 appliques). Plaques de cuisson qui ne chauffent pas. Ballon d’eau chaude ne permet pas de prendre 2 douches ou à l’eau froide. Stores lattes bois pas du tout occultant.
