Swift check in and the staff was efficient. The deluxe lift was a good size for 4 adults although the bathroom is bit small and needed upgrade. Room was generally clean. Langao metro station is just across the hotel, very convenient. Also some eateries at a small mall at the metro station

We booked a lofted room for our family of three. The room was over all, clean. We loved that the staff was very friendly and our room was tidied up and replenished daily. Location was great. Subway/metro line 7 was conveniently steps away. Laundry room and gym were both great additions. Area is safe and quiet and several coffee shops right down the street. Great value for the price. Nice modern hotel in great location

This is a great hotel with metro station, large supermarket and lots of resturants opp in the mall. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly. The rooms are huge and have everthing you need.

The most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered at any hotel in Shanghai. Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted. Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro. The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again.

The hotel is manned 24/7 by courteous, English speaking staff. Check in was relatively easy. I love the loft style rooms. Very self sufficient with washing machine, dryer, kitchen, microwave, stove, fridge. The bed was very comfy and I slept really well. The Langan Road station (Line 7) is less than 5 minutes walk away. It is very well connected. The first train starts at 5:49 am. You can take the same line to Longyang and from there you can take the Maglev to Pvg Airport. I would come back here again to stay in the future as I find it convenient and very easy on the budget. However, this place is not for those
